Delays and lack of care.

Sent me to a physician who had zero interest in the appointment and report. Just wanted to get me out of there. After waiting 6 weeks for this appointment, it was done in 4 minutes and, despite this, eventually missed all of the IMPORTANT information from the report.

Furthermore, YouMedicals was aware of the delays from this physician in actually obtaining a report, but still sent me to him anyway.

It has been 4 months and my report still hasn't been uploaded to OIC. Still no updates despite numerous calls.

Absolutely terrible.
