The customer-service almost always replies on the same day you sent a message. They are very polite and understanding. I love the quality of the tracksuits. Really good!

Terrible Customer Service
I have followed the steps on the YFM website to return a single item, after buying 3 items in total.
They claim on their website that once the return is registered, they will send a return shipping label and the item can then be returned for a refund.
It has been 13 days since I registered the return and they have still not sent me the return shipping label. I have sent several emails requesting the label and the only response I receive is to follow the steps on their website.
It is shocking to receive such bad customer service. I am forced to cancel the credit card payment and it has been a big waste of time.

Well, i‘ve ordered this one for my teenage daughter ( she is 16 ) actually it’s from one of her X-Mas list planed! but she received the packed and she bagged me ( I just wanna tried it) than she did tried and it looks pretty good on her seriously the color the size it’s perfect! so it’s no longer as a Christmas gift, fast delivery … good price, good fabrics, cool and comfortable, my daughter really love it 😍 and she does looks pretty cool and gorgeous on it and I’m asa mother pretty 😍 satisfied… worth of spending the money 😍

Poor customer service
Our minor daughter also ordered an expensive tracksuit without any difficulty. Searching for return options took forever. If you have created a return then you will not receive a return ticket. The entire return cost €12.50 is for its own account. All in all, not worth repeating.

I ordered a tracksuit and it was not…
I ordered a tracksuit and it was not delivered, to compensate I could order something else and I did that and they were very generous in this. Now I sent it back because it didn't fit me. I am now receiving no response after I returned the order at my own expense. It's now 2 months later and this is really bad!
