Fees are very high
Fees are extremely high, other exchanges are way cheaper, withdrawal fees for BTC are extortionate and hidden, you have no way of checking and adjust the blockchain fee and at the end between buying and withdrawing they charged over 5% of the amount.

Good crypto startup with a trade platform and a learning app. Used since 2022 and there are no downside only high commission when trade assets.

I am not receiving sms vith security…
I am not receiving sms vith security code so i cannot withdraw my funds for months nor, nor can i change 2fa to authentificator app and support just keep saying it's not their fault and that this is an isolated problem and that they dont have other reports about this, even tho non of my friends receive the sms and they all reported this problem and got the same response from support team. i guess i was scamed
