We had tried absolutely everything to support our child’s anxiety, but nothing seemed to make a real difference. Then I came across a Young Vibes video on Facebook, and for the first time it felt like someone truly understood what we were going through.
Although we have only finished the first section of the programme, I can honestly say it has been a complete breath of fresh air. Taking the pressure off our child — and ourselves — has made such a positive impact. Our home feels calmer, we feel more confident in what we’re doing, and there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
The programme has helped me understand not only my child’s anxiety, but my own reactions and behaviours too. It’s been eye-opening to realise how my responses can affect her, and making those small shifts has already created noticeable change. Even just a few weeks in, things feel lighter and more manageable.
I can’t wait for my child to start her part of the programme so she can build the tools to manage her anxiety for life. We’ve already seen progress, and it’s given us so much hope for the future.
I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this programme — it has been exactly what we needed.

We tried so many things to get our 12 year old son to attend school but nothing was working. It was when I saw a young vibes video on FB and everything that was said matched what we were going through . We are at the end of Bee and it felt like a breath of fresh air to take the pressure off ourselves and our son about attending school which in turn has made us all a lot more relaxed . We still have a way to go but there is now a light at the end of the tunnel and we are looking forward to reaching it ☺️

This programme has really helped me to understand my child’s anxiety and also my own. It’s helped me to change my behaviours around the child to help to ease her anxiety, already in a short time I can see the difference it is making. I can’t wait to now introduce my child to the programme and continue the recovery journey so she can learn to manage her anxiety for life.

We're moving on to Evergreen and I want to say a big thank you to all the team at Young Vibes. I dread to imagine where we'd be right now if we hadn't taken the plunge back in January.
By then, our daughter's anxiety had dominated all our lives for over a year. Her attendance at secondary school (yr 8) was down to around 10 or 20%. From the moment I woke her up in the morning I could see in her eyes the fear and panic that was consuming her.
We'd been doing weekly counselling and various types of therapy and school interventions, all to no avail. It was heart-breaking and frightening to feel completely powerless to help her. I felt like we'd pinned all our hopes on professionals who were making no progress, despite our high hopes.
At home, her separation anxiety was crippling for both of us - she wouldn't even walk upstairs on her own and I was lying in bed with her at night. The slightest challenge from me would lead to slammed doors, panic attacks or hurting herself. We avoided social occasions and missed two family Christmases because she only wanted to be in her safe space at home.
And the shame! Being the parent who can't get their kid to school, when you're surrounded by high achievers who look like they're smashing it.
When we first heard about YV it seemed too left-field for us. Who is this crazy lady on her houseboat?! But so much of what Sam was saying was exactly what was going on for us. She was holding up a mirror to our day-to-day reality and it made me think "we're not alone" and that someone understands our child. So we joined up, watched the videos, joined the zooms.
It is not a quick fix. We had to invest time and energy on going through the programme and doing things differently. It was a bit confusing at first – I didn’t quite understand how watching a bunch of videos was going to help. But the zooms were the thing that helped us stitch together the knowledge from the videos with our daily experience. I found them incredibly useful. Hearing and sharing what was going on day-to-day, and absorbing all the advice to us and to others. I would highly recommend to any parent that – even if they don’t have a question - they go along ‘for the vibes’. It just gradually changed my mindset and our behaviour at home, and that’s where the magic happens.
Over the course of the programme we’ve got to know our daughter and got to understand what’s her and what’s her anxiety, and she’s learned that too. She’s gained independence and confidence, and we’re no longer treading on eggshells around her. I feel relaxed instead of worried, and her Dad and I are on the same page. I’ve even been away on my own for a week – something I could never have done earlier this year, when she would barely let me leave the house without long negotiation.
While our peers on the programme are doing brilliantly at reintroducing their children back into school, we made the decision to choose online school and are not re-entering mainstream for now. This was our choice, not a failure of the programme.
We know that challenges will come our way now and again, and we need to be vigilant that we don’t slip back into unhelpful habits. We also have Evergreen to help keep us on track when we need it.
But things are good. I’m so confident that my daughter has a bright future. And I know she’ll benefit from the knowledge that she’s gained from Young Vibes for the rest of her life.
The only reason this is not 5 stars is because we've been in the programme during a period of growth and change for the team. This meant quite a lot of shifting about of coaches and changes to the zoom timetable, which was confusing at times.

As a desperate parent of a teenager who has been unable to get into school for months, Young Vibes offers a new approach to anxiety recovery. Within the structured program they provide huge support for the parents and child through extensive videos, live zoom calls and personalised support whenever you need it. I'm currently finishing the first part of the program (Bee and Dragonfly) and can say that even with a good knowledge of anxiety, I have learned a lot about how we as parents have an important role to play in the recovery process. Hannah's knowledge, compassion and commitment to parents on each zoom call (there are 3 each day to choose from) offers parents huge support on the journey. After many months of feeling very alone with this challenging situation, we finally have hope that our child can break free from anxiety and blossom. Looking forward to bringing our child onto the next part of the program and grateful for what we have gained so far.

Excellent first part of the programme - thank you very much, feeling confident and excited to now recover my child. We have had some very dark days but finally, with your programme, I'm feeling positive about the future.

I have just completed the first part of our journey and I am now ready to get my son on board. I joined this group when I was at rock bottom and not knowing where to turn. I had an explosive son, who couldnt leave the house or attend school, was aggressive physically and verbally. We still have our moments but things are much calmer.
Ive learnt so much along the way mainly about myself and how I was interacting and appearing to my son which was exasperating his anxiety. As much as I was doing everything I could to help him, the pressure I was putting on him wasnt helping. Ive worked on myself and now ready to let him work on himself knowing I cant fix everything and have taken all pressure off.
If you are willing to put in the time and effort then join the group, I jumped on as many zooms as possible even with an ear phone to listen in and hearing other people's journeys made me feel like I wasnt a complete failure and not alone in this journey. Hannah has been amazing and her knowledge is incredible 🥰

We have just completed the first part of the programme, the information is so unbelievably useful and user friendly, the videos are great, everything makes so much more sense! It has made a drastic difference within our family already! I cannot wait to introduce my son to the programme for our next part of the journey. Thank you so much young vibes!

We started this to support our teenage son who has been out of school for sometime. Found it hugely informative, realising how my own anxiety has an affect on my son and vice versa. Learning about the causes of anxiety can have an affect us and how to manage it, even reversing it, feeling more calm and in control again. Best of all just changes in my behaviour and my communication with my teenager has had such a positive effect on our relationship, instead of walking about on eggshells. I am finished the first part of Bee phase and feeling really hopeful for the next step where my son will be introduced to it. Onwards and upwards fingers crossed ;)

I have nothing but good things to say about this programme!

We have just completed the Bee section of the programme and are feeling very hopeful for the next stages which will bring our daughter into the programme. I have found all of the information really helpful particularly the zoom calls which were invaluable and I always came away feeling that we were on the right track.

it is very interesting and makes a lot of sense, it does need a lot of commitment and willingness to make changes from the parents side, I found it quite intense but it is definitely worth investing your time and money in it.

I came across Young vibes online and it really resonated with our family situation. Going through the initial Bee programme has helped me understand and address my own anxious responses and taken the pressure off all of us, Hannah has been an excellent coach and it's been great listening to the practical advice on the zooms - It is very feeing knowing I don't need to be drawn into every emotion and I definitely don't need to be the fixer - I'm really looking forward to discovering the resilient boy who will emerge as we continue through the programme.

I've completed Bumblebee and Dragon fly and so far I have been very impressed with the knowledge, experience and advice and support. On reflection I can certainly see how things have changed and look forward to introducing it all to my son's very soon. On the scale of things the price is very cheap compared to each of us getting counselling and that probably would not of worked. Wish us luck for the next bit though I'm not sure we will need it.

I have just completed the Bee portal and ready to move on in just 3 weeks. If you are aware and you do the work that is asked of you, you will see a difference in your child in the first couple of weeks.
It makes sense and is worth all the energy and effort you put in.
Excited for the next phase! Eternally grateful to Hannah and Sam.

I just completed Bee program in order to help out to my 21 year old daughter.
She sufferes mainly with depression, although it’s started all from anxiety. The program taught me a different approach
and I think it’s start working , my daughter feel free from constant loving control and start thinking how can she change her situation . She also become less irritable 🙂

I first discovered Young Vibes through Facebook ads. I immediately found myself hanging on Sam’s every word—it reflected our lives. I felt the draw to experience something that other therapies and remedies did not offer - recovery!
I bought the Anxious to Awesome books back in February 2023, and they helped both me and my daughter tremendously. Over the months, however, my daughter’s anxiety began creeping back, and I realised we needed more of Young Vibes’ support to help our family truly be free from debilitating anxiety.
Recently, I completed the BEE step, it's like Anxiety First Aid for Parents. What a transformative journey it has been already! The program helps you release pressures you unknowingly place on yourself and your child. The support is incredible—the group Zooms are uplifting and full of golden nuggets of wisdom and practical tips. This program opens your mind and heart, giving you hope for a bright, “normal” future.
I’m so excited to continue the next step of the program. Thank you to the life savers at Young Vibes! I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking to transform and reclaim both their own and their child’s life from experiencing anxiety.

I completed this program alongside my 13-year-old son, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing for both of us. When we started, our main goal was to help him return to school, as he had been struggling with anxiety and had been out of school for some time. Thanks to the consistent support and guidance we received, he successfully went back full-time in September – something that felt almost impossible just a few months earlier.
The program not only helped my son, but it also taught me, as a parent, how to better understand, communicate with, and support a teenager — especially one struggling with anxiety.
The regular Zoom meetings for parents were incredibly helpful. They created a space where I could share my experiences, hear from others in similar situations, and feel less alone. I always came away from those sessions with practical tools and a renewed sense of hope.
Over the course of the four months, I felt truly supported – not judged or blamed, but listened to and encouraged. That made a huge difference to me as a mum.
One of the most meaningful changes has been seeing my son reconnect with the family. He has started spending more time with us on the weekends again, which had become rare before the program. It’s like we got him back – not just to school, but back into life, into the family, and into himself.
He has returned to his normal life – going to school, socialising, and enjoying time at home – and we now have the tools to keep moving forward in a healthier, more connected way.
I’m so grateful we had the chance to take part in this program. It helped bring our family back together and gave us both the confidence to face the future.

We joined the programme in September last year, after a lot of appointments/ meetings with school, GP, referrals to camhs, and months of waiting for referrals for assessments for ASD. I knew in my heart that it wasn't the path for us and was really reluctant to put my son through it. After all, a label would not give us any support or answers and would not change the situation we were in. After years and years of struggling with school, dealing with attendance phonecalls, constant walking on eggshells and then social anxiety on top I knew we needed to do something different.
I came across young vibes online whilst researching for ways to deal with the issues we were having, and I can honestly say I read and visited the website countless times before I made my decision to make that first phone call. Eventually I mustered up the courage to give them a call and it was the best thing I ever did for both my son and as a family. From the start of the programme we had nothing but the full support of the coaches and I spent so many hours on zoom, catching all of those golden nuggets! Realizing just how many families were in the same boat as us, it was so comforting to know that we weren't the only ones going through this. Just knowing that someone had my back, and understood what we were going through as a family gave me the confidence to know that the only way we were going..was forwards! We've been on a long journey, but learned so so much on our way about our creative and imaginative boy -who struggled every day just to get up and do the 'normal' things that we take for granted every day. As parents and as a family we have learned how to communicate much better, live happily along side each other and most importantly how to parent our son effectively so that he can grow resilience/ independence and become his best self and live his best life. After 12 hard months of having a teenager staying at home all day every day, cooking for himself, becoming domesticated and learning so many new skills, plenty of zooms, working on challenges and lots of careful communication from us as parents, our boy who did not step foot in school for 12 months and missed the whole of year 9 is now back in school and doing really well. There's been a few small bumps in the road along the way but the difference in him is unreal. We now know how to respond to any issues that arise, us stepping back and giving him the space to rise up and resolve things himself with a little guidance. Honestly the best thing we could have ever done for him! He's now going out with friends, having sleepovers, wanting to socialise and is super independent. The only regret is that we didn't find young vibes sooner. Thankyou to all of the coaches especially Hannah, Milly, Stacey, India and Sam for supporting us in every way imaginable. For both replying to messages, giving me advise and support at all hours, and for not replying to the messages that they knew we already knew the answer to- thus allowing us to build our confidence in our parenting. We are still figuring out our way through life but we now have the tools we need to give it a bloody good shot.
Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts 💕💕

The support on this course is really incredible, the coaches on the calls have been so helpful.
The progression of videos to watch for child and parent are a very well structured system that you are led along and you feel you’ve been given a lifeline after a long time of struggling. It’s not easy, may not necessarily be fast, but it’s definitely working!
