With NHS waiting lists so long I had to be creative with trying to get my daughter some support for her anxiety. I’ve only just completed Bee which focuses just on the parents, focussed on education and supporting with positive changes within the home environment. So far so good. I can’t comment on the programme overall as we haven’t completed this but I am feeling much more positive and hopeful.

We joined the program a few months ago, the goal is for our child to return to school and to recover from anxiety. The team has been amazing, their support has helped us so much, returning to school after a period of anxiety is like climbing a mountain without a map and this is what the program does...provides the map for us.

We have completed the Bee Portal and have noticed a positive difference in the household vibe. Our daughter has slightly lessened her OCD and reassurance-seeking behaviours just by our change in approach and energy. We have realised we have a lot to work on as parents and individuals before we can help our daughter effectively.
We have found the course challenging to get through because a) it has highlighted our communication weaknesses as a couple/parents; b) the format the information is conveyed/presented is not ideal for our learning styles; and c) some of the concepts are new and ultimately take time to digest and implement. Patience is needed and it teaches you this.
The program has been great for self-analysing your own anxiety and developing ways to see and control your own behaviours. We’re looking forward to bringing our daughter into the program now, so she can begin to learn and implement the same concepts.

Thank goodness I found this programme! I was caught up and couldn’t see a way out. I’m now moving on from BEE with so much hope for the future. This programme is life changing … It works ! Trust the process x

Overall the program is helping us get to a far better place with both our children, there were a few hiccups to start with (this could have just been me) as I didn't quite know what to do first, but once this was ironed out things have all fallen into place.
The team are very supportive and its great to know your not alone out there, there are so many other people that have the same struggles and being able to connect with them is great, all I can say is thank you and bring on the next phase, we have made great progress so far and I cannot wait to see what the rest of the program brings.

We have recently completed the Bee programme and are looking forward to the next stage of our journey to recover our daughter from her debilitating anxiety.
A few weeks ago, we were feeling hopeless, fearful and worried for our daughter with no help in sight.
When we discovered this programme, we took a huge leap of faith. However we were given a lot of confidence that we were doing the right thing for our family because there are so many helpful videos and testimonials from other families that have come back from the brink of hopelessness and were just like us.
The team have been amazing - we have really enjoyed the support from Hannah and I know that once our daughter joins the sessions for the children she will love them too. I am so grateful for the time taken to cover so many different topics on the videos.
I can honestly say when you follow all the guidance it is possible to feel calmer and change habits of a lifetime.
Our daughter is starting to laugh again and thinking more logically now that we have given her the space and support to recover from her exhaustion and adrenaline rollercoaster. There is a way to go but we are seeing glimmers of hope and little wins daily.
I would recommend giving this programme your all and I am so grateful that we finally have hope that all of our lives can get so much better. Thank you to the team so far!

This company is a complete scam, I booked a call with them as I am desperate to help my 11 year old daughter as medication and CBT don't seem to be helping. Sam was rude, abrasive and told me the price was going up end of June when I questioned the amount of time I would need to dedicate to the programme and if that was possible currently for me, with my son doing GCSE's and working. She told me I needed to dedicate time for my daughter's problems.
She listed a whole array of issues that I've probably have been told were down to my daughter's autism. I told her my daughter didn't have an autistic diagnose. She then list another loads of symptoms, which I agreed did relate to my daughter and she said and I quote "BOOM", needless to say I then ended the call.
Your response below Sam is passive aggressive at best, at worst it’s damn right rude and accusatory.
Shaming a parent in need when I was merely asking questions about the time required for your programme and then trying to push me into a decision by saying there was going to a massive hike in price is unscrupulous behaviour.
Your boom of joy that you managed to finally pin down a symptom my daughter exhibits suggests that my daughter’s wellbeing is not your primary motivation, you might have well said KERCHING!
If you feel this is an unfair review of our conversation, at the very least I would work on your interpersonal and communication skills, just another reason why I wouldn’t entrust my daughter’s care to you.

The Young Vibes programme has been extremely insightful and, most importantly, it has made home life happy again for my family.
The level of coaching that Stacy provided was truly top-notch — this wasn’t just textbook advice. She brought personal experience, challenged our thinking, and consistently reinforced the behaviours needed to foster a positive family environment.
Although I could have finished the programme earlier, I found the parent Zoom calls incredibly valuable — not only did I pick up great tips from the advice given to other parents, but I also found comfort in knowing I wasn’t alone on this journey.
This course isn’t easy (and they don’t pretend that it is), but the results speak for themselves — both I and those close to us can see the difference.
I would 100% recommend this course to any parent looking to bring more happiness, understanding about anxiety, and connection into their family life.

Have just completed Bee and feel a real sense of relief that their are people out there that can help. We've been having major difficulties and felt so alone. From the initial meeting with Martin and then Hannah we have felt better, supported, important. A long way to go but we feel ready and can't wait to continue this process and bring our daughter back to herself. Thank you to all involved.

Finally, people who understand us.
For such a long time our family has been broken.
Our daughter hasn't attended school for 3 years, she was lost to us as a daughter and stayed her in her room, sometimes sleeping 24 hours a day and only getting up to eat or use the toilet.
Now we have the beginnings of hope.
We did as Sam says everyone does. Only turned to the program as a last resort. When nothing else had worked and we had nothing to lose.
The GP wasn't interested, camhs didn't work, school couldn't get her in to help and we were at our wits end.
From the first zoom with Hannah we felt heard. And we felt finally, someone was actually going to help. And it was like a weight had been lifted just like that.
And help it did. We did as instructed and took all the pressure off. And basically acted like we didn't give a toss anymore. And guess what, it actually worked.
Our daughter has come back to us. It's been 13 weeks. Now she's been playing games with us, has been on a holiday (that's huge because she refused to come on the one at New Year) going for coffee, she even came to the cinema today and she asked me!
It isn't easy. You have to put in the work. We are about to finish Bee and move onto the next stage. I don't think my daughter will engage but then I didn't think we would be watching films together or listening to her make plans with old friends either so I'm trusting the process and taking it day by day.
Thank you Hannah & Sam

Excellent support and informative approach to dealing with anxiety - we'd be lost without the guidance from young vibes.
The program has given us a much clearer understanding of what anxiety is and how to overcome it.
I won’t lie.
The process is very challenging. It’s not a quick fix.
But it is definitely working.
We’re seeing positive changes in ourselves, our daughter and our home environment. This is the best hope we’ve had of recovering our daughter from her struggle with anxiety.
We can’t wait to get into the next stage (pollen).
The Bee portal has been very informative and helpful.
The calls and support have been excellent and this is the first time we have felt our situation truly understood and properly guided.
Others have tried to help us.
But no teacher, doctor, psychologist, or anyone in the NHS has given us any solutions that have helped.
Much of the “help” has made things worse.
Stay focused on recovering your child from anxiety first and foremost and put everything else to the side - the process works and the support is there.
We’re hopeful the program will continue to help our daughter overcome her struggle.

Hi, we have just completed Bee. I was very dubious of the programme initially but the content and the support given has been tremendous. We still have a lot to learn but overall our family life is way more relaxed and with far less drama. We can’t control many of the things leading to our daughter’s anxiety levels when she leaves the home as social pressures, exam stress, team pressures etc will always be there but we have managed to adjust the home to be a calmer place where she can get away from it all. It is also really helpful personally to have a support system where we can go to for advice. I love the fact that there is no blame, just a programme with happiness and resilience in families as the main objective. It is not easy but the instructions given when followed do result in a happier child and we can’t wait for her to join the programme!

After finding other services not very helpful I was at a loss what I could do to help my son. I kept seeing Sam’s videos and resonated with everyone of them.
We’ve just completed bee and things are calmer at home and having somebody to reassure that you are doing the right things at uncertain times is really helpful. Excited for the next step.

UPDATE: In response to your reply, I would also like to offer some important clarification on points made in your response:
I apologise for the error with Will and India’s ages, however this doesn’t change our experience.
We were never told that their involvement was temporary due to holiday cover, quite the opposite in fact. It was mentioned that the change to having a male coach in Nectar was a purposeful decision, however it was communicated that you were looking to recruit a new parent coach.
If this had been the case, and if you had communicated this personally to me in response to my email, it’s quite possible we would have continued with the programme if that option was offered to us.
I’m sure Hannah and Milly will make a great Nectar duo, so it’s a great shame that this wasn’t communicated at the time.
In response to any arguments at home, this was a temporary period of time, and not the cause of my daughters anxiety, but a response to the stress the family was under with the school avoidance at the time.
To say that we didn’t accept your feedback on this is a total untruth, and I’m shocked that you could even write this down. We acted upon everything that was advised, and I personally verbally agreed with your suggestions/advice on the zoom sessions.
As I mentioned in my email this situation had improved.
In response to Autism assessments, we have not and were never going to pursue an Autism assessment for both children. The discussion we had with a friend who specialises in this field was regarding one child only, and it was not for the purpose of assessment.
I did not say in my email that I was pursuing or intended to pursue an assessment. It was simply a reference in response to something that had potentially been ‘missed’ as India had suggested we are missing something.
It’s such a shame that our time on the programme has ended this way, as I had really wanted it to work for us.
UPDATE: 9/12/25
As mentioned below the programme started very well, and i received fantastic support from the Bee section with Hannah, and also from Pollen with Milly, however once in the last stage; Nectar, the communication with the Nectar coaches; Will and India broke down.
We are encouraged on the training videos to reach out on the Portal via the chat button if we need support, but we weren’t receiving any response back.
In the first two sections of the course the parent coaches are also parents who have been on the course themselves. I want to stress that both these coaches being fellow parents made a big difference, they had been in our shoes.
In contrast Will the Nectar coach is 21 and not a parent and this made a huge difference as there was no longer any relatability, which was very apparent on a few occasions. India is 19.
So when the focus shifted on to my marriage, this again didn’t come from a place of relatability. I’m not saying there wasn’t some good points made at times, but there was a fair few times when they were way off the mark.
Communication was difficult and i think the young ages of both coaches and lack of parental/relationship experience played a big part in this.
Sadly we therefore made the decision to leave the programme, and didn't find the recovery for our daughter that we were looking for.
I would also like to add that i received no response from Will to my email explaining that we had chosen to leave, despite it being very polite and thanking the coaches for their time.
Fantastic Support.
I have just completed the Bee section of the programme.
Although I already knew a lot about anxiety and the science behind it, it was an eye opener to learn that our creative sensitive personalities mean we can be more susceptible to developing an anxiety disorder.
I’ve learned that little eyes pick up on more than we realise, as they are also creative, imaginative and can read a room.
The biggest take away has been to not get into the pity pit with them, and learning techniques to avoid this, and being more aware of my responses.
The zooms with the Hannah are so helpful and supportive.
I’m looking forward to the next stage and making further progress.

After a long period of my daughter being off school due to illness, she developed severe anxiety about returning. At first, we encouraged her to go back on a reduced timetable, but it was heartbreaking to watch her struggle—suffering panic attacks and intense abdominal pain. Her world became very small. She withdrew from her friends, refused to go out unless we insisted, and was clearly in distress.
We felt completely lost, unsure of the right thing to do. We reached out to private psychologists and hypnotherapists in search of answers. Family life became incredibly difficult. Our daughter was constantly on edge, and we felt like we were walking on eggshells around her. It was emotionally exhausting for all of us.
Then one night, I came across Young Vibes on Facebook. I read their reviews on Trustpilot and immediately felt a sense of hope—I just knew we had to give it a try.
I'm so glad we found Young Vibes. My daughter's life has started to turn around. The abdominal pain is gone. She’s spoken to friends on the phone and even had a friend over to play. She's coming to the gym with me, wants to be outside, and is excited about going on adventures each day.
Our home feels lighter now. We're no longer constantly tense or drained. I truly believe that with the continued support from Young Vibes, she’ll be back at school soon—and the world will once again be her oyster

I am so pleased we found young vibes and I took the leap to join. My son is 14 and hasn’t been in school at all for 8 months, he has been experiencing extreme anxiety that impacted all areas of his life. He was not coming out of his room, wasn’t able to join in any family social activities didn’t see his friends and would experience immense panic attacks, hair pulling and rages.
Fast forward 3 months having been on this programme he is a different person! I have my son back. Still a long way to go but he Is sociable, fun and happy again. Home life is great. He has began re connecting with friends, enjoying sport again and feelings of peace and contentment.
As we now move through the programme I am hopeful we can start to plan for a school return but more than anything I see my boy back!!
The support is second to none, the wobble and whoopsies we have had on the my the way with advice guidance and so much information has been invaluable.
Thank you to the whole team for everything you are doing x

Happy Family
From the outset you know you are in good hands with the content and zooms. As each stage unlocks and your child becomes happier and happier and more confident and it makes so much sense looking back! You get your family and your child back. It’s challenging and direct and worth perseverance if you have any hiccups you find the strength to get through them with the help of the team guiding the way and getting you back on track. We are now ready to move to Evergreen and would recommend to anyone.

We started Young Vibes after our daughter had been off school for 6 months or so. The progress she has made with the support we've all received form the programme has been fantastic. She is now attending regularly, though not quite full time, utilising the skills and knowledge she has learnt on the programme and we are so much more educated on the signs and how to handle setbacks as we go from day to day. All told we wouldn't be where we are without the help and support of evryone on the team.

I came across young vibes through Facebook and tried the free 7 days and decided to join. It really is a great programme. They tell you, you will find it uncomfortable & they are right. They show you a totally different way to parent & you think this can't work but it does. I have gone from my child having full meltdowns & many rows to now over 5 weeks no meltdown, able to discussions without all the shouting and the difference in my child is great. Hannah the parent coach is fantastic you can access 2 zoom calls a day 5 days a week with other parents I find these so positive and helpful. I have now finished the parent section & now it is time for my child to join the programme I am looking forward to this and looking forward for him to feel he can start going to school once he is ready.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial 2 months ago, and by the 2nd Zoom session, I signed up as I knew this program was different; I knew this was special.
Warning contains self-harm and suicide attempts.
My son has been struggling with severe anxiety and OCD for around 5 years. He went from a happy, sweet, loving and absolutely hilarious little boy to a complete shell of himself. Riddled with fear, anger, confusion and loss. We have tried absolutely everything, from support in school, CAMHS, counselling, parenting classes everything except medication.
We were at a stage where he has been unable to attend school since December 2023, his OCD/ controls every aspect of his waking day, he would spray the floor with a disinfectant fabric spray before he stepped on that spot, and he has been unable to step foot in his room out of fear that he will contaminate it which has led to him being on the sofa 24/7, if he uses the toilet he has to have a shower after, the only places he will access in the house is the living room sofa, stairs and bathroom since January 2024. From October 24 until March 25, my son had only left the house 4 times, and he would only leave if he was in a wheelchair due to fear of the pavement/ outside world contaminating him. When he felt dirty or overly stressed, he would punch himself until he bruised and bite himself until he bled, just to try and get the thoughts out of his head. At one point, he tried hanging himself from his bed.
We have been on the program for around 8 weeks, and the work these guys put into this program is nothing short of amazing. Sam's videos have been very informative and make so much sense. Being able to finally understand how and why anxiety takes hold, builds, and the behaviours it presents has been invaluable, and I feel like I can connect with my son on a deeper level as I'm beginning to understand to an extent what he is experiencing.
Hannah has been amazing on the parent Bee zooms, and although I haven't spoken much, just by listening to the advice that has been given to other parents on how to implement the bee principles, we have been given invaluable advice.
Since we started, the whole dynamic in our house has changed. We went from quite frankly living in hell, and we were in survival mode, just doing anything we could just to survive the day. To a much calmer happy home. The music is on every day, we are dancing about and laughing! My son is no longer spraying the floor before he steps on it; he has been playing with the dog, and he has walked into his sister's room to chat. He's walked across the living room, been in the kitchen, and into the back garden, something he hasn't done in over a year! We have been to the forest twice for a walk without his wheelchair. He played in the park (with rubber gloves). He hadn't done that for two years; he was climbing and going down the slide with a huge smile on his face. We went to the zoo! And camped in the garden. His self-harming has reduced a lot, and previously, he would have self-injurious episodes lasting 2 hours; these have reduced in severity and time.
Now it isn't all roses and sunshine. We still have a lot of work to do, and it was hard work. I am very much a fixer, and I've had to completely change my way of approaching situations, and it completely goes against every fibre in your body. But from the videos from Sam and the advice and support from Hannah, I have been able to understand where I was going wrong and how my behaviour and actions were just reinforcing the anxiety in my son.
I am looking forward to my son joining the program, so he can finally understand what has been happening to him and for him to get his life back. Although we are in the very early stages of the program, I have seen a huge difference in my son and us as a family, and I can't thank you all enough. You have been able to bring hope back into our lives when we had lost all hope.
