Lily very helpful in resolving an issue
I had an issue with ordering 7 books and 3 of them being damaged on arrival. I spoke with Lily, who was very helpful and is arranging replacement books to be sent. Thank you Lily!

Very helpful and quick response, lily was brilliant I called about a problem and she was very helpful told me to gather some information, which I did and she emailed me back the following day and kept me up to date with the progress and sorted out the problem. Fantastic job!

I had a need to contact YoungWriters in regards having selected the wrong delivery option.
Lily responded really quickly with guidance on how to upgrade, and couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly.
