I have been promised twice that after paying a discounted 70% of the PRO membership, my images would be published in a dedicated book. This never happened and when I asked more details, they said the images had been included. However, I was never asked to provide hi res images nor a release to publish my copyrighted work. Recently a fellow photographer was notified that one of his images was to be published; however, when he requested information on the book, he was told that the book was to be ordered and that he would have to pay 680 US$ to see his work.

I was having a technical issue and it was resolved very quickly. Somehow I ended up speaking directly with the CEO and he was extremely helpful. It says a lot when the CEO of a company of this size will communicate directly with a new customer.

I signed up for the pro membership and I am not regretting it.

There’s one image sharing group that differs from others . I have the Swedish YouPic in mind that really shines. Competings companies like Flickr, 500pix or Google can´t actually reach up to YouPic when comes to the photo enthusiasm among the members at Youpic. The enthusiasm is shared through constructive comments on pictures from YouPic members . Personally I have never met online trolls on YouPic .

my opinion: half a rip-off. They encourage you to post highly appreciated photos, you get 700,000 views, then if you don't subscribe they close your channel without warning. Wasted time, forget it. Youpic is not your home, if you want a forum choose Juzaphoto, if you want maximum sharing and advertising choose Instagram.

Pros:
The biggest pro will be the platform's commitment to photography. Unlike other popular social media platforms, users get to share their work with the entire world. The community is knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. The platform truly inspires you to dedicate more time to your art.
Cons:
I believe the yearly subscription fee is a bit overpriced, however, sometimes the promotional vouchers reduce the price quite a bit.

Amazing app for photographers to enhance the skills and experience.

Everytime I log into this platform, I feel amazed to see loads of beautiful pictures through very skilled craftsman. YouPic is providing a very helpful forum to the photographers like us who can showcase thier work with the world.
