Got my initial euro million tickets from wowcher and added them to you play we play which was straight forward. It's now exciting to see what happens on Tuesday and Fridays. Recommend anyone to give it a go!

The verification process is an absolute…

The verification process is an absolute nightmare designed to make you quit. I've sent my passport, a recent utility bill, and a selfie holding them both. It's been over a week and it's still "under review." What more could they possibly need? My birth certificate? It's just a delay tactic.

There is no live chat

There is no live chat. Let me repeat that: there is no way to talk to a human being. You have to send an email into the void and wait 3-4 days for a useless, copy-pasted response that doesn't even address your question. It's the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced.

I won £500 from a bonus

I won £500 from a bonus, jumped through all the insane wagering hoops, and was then told there was a maximum cashout of £200. So they just stole £300 from me. How is that even legal? It's just theft, plain and simple.
