They resolved the issue but it's not easy to contact them, everything is email and it's hard to talk to someone. This would make it more satisfying and simple, less anxiety.

I strongly recommend NOT relying on Your.Rentals for an important vacation booking.
We booked a property through Your.Rentals approximately 9 months in advance, and for months everything appeared to be perfectly fine. Then, just 10 days before our scheduled check-in, we discovered that our reservation had been cancelled — without us being properly informed or notified by Your.Rentals.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Your.Rentals blamed the property manager, while the property manager blamed Your.Rentals. Meanwhile, we were left stuck in the middle with no reservation and almost no time to find alternative accommodation.
By that point, it was summer, prices had increased dramatically, and availability was extremely limited. Finding another suitable property at the last minute was incredibly difficult and much more expensive.
We were travelling with children to a country we had never visited before. Imagine travelling for hours with your family and children, arriving at the destination and going to the property expecting to check in and collect the keys — only to discover that there is no reservation for you at all.
This could have turned into an absolute nightmare for our family.
The most unacceptable part is not simply that something went wrong. Problems can happen. The real issue is that we were not properly notified when there was a serious problem with our reservation. A company handling people's vacations has a basic responsibility to communicate immediately when a reservation is cancelled, at risk, or otherwise affected.
Booking accommodation 9 months in advance is supposed to give you peace of mind. Instead, Your.Rentals left us with uncertainty and the possibility of arriving in a foreign country with children and nowhere to stay.
After this experience, I simply cannot consider Your.Rentals a trustworthy or reliable platform for important travel bookings. If you decide to use this website, I strongly recommend having a backup plan and independently confirming your reservation directly with the property.
And when we desperately tried to get help from Your.Rentals, we could barely get hold of anyone. I tried calling them, contacted them through WhatsApp, Facebook, and voicemail, and repeatedly attempted to reach a real agent. Nobody called me back. When you have a serious problem with a reservation only 10 days before travelling, the last thing you need is a company that is virtually impossible to reach.
If you decide to use this website, do not assume that your reservation is secure just because you received a confirmation. I strongly recommend having a backup plan and independently confirming your reservation directly with the property.
For us, this was not a minor inconvenience. It was a serious failure that put our entire family’s trip at risk.
Avoid at all costs, planned a surprise 30th party for my partner and 7 of her friends so we found your.rentals for an Airbnb in birmingham uk. needed to have early check in because I booked and paid for birthday activities throughout the day, they were happy for me to have an early check in for an extra charge which I happily paid, the accommodation was to sleep 8 people and we were to check in from 12 to give plenty of time for my partners friends to set decorations up and surpirse my partner. 5 of the guests arrived for 12pm to no access, myself and the group then tried for hours to contact the host, the property manager and your.rentals, at this point the surprise was ruined and we had to book last minute accomodation elsewhere which lead to being more expensive and the group had to miss one of the birthday activities because they spent hours trying to speak with the host and gain access. I myself rang the property manager 7 times, messaged privately, emailed the provided email but no answer at all until 2 hours later to which I revieved one text to summarise that the rooms not available! My partners birthday surprise was ruined and the day became extremely stressful because of ill management and ignorance from the hosts and your.rentals, im currently fighting to get my money from your.rentals for the added expenses we've accrued from the new hotel, parking and for the payments made to the birthday activity that we never made. Terrible organisation with terrible communication.
Get answers for questions immediately and installation of new system takes only 1 or 2 days
This was one of the worst rental situations I've ever experienced.
My check-in was scheduled for 3pm on Sunday, July 26th. I had not received any information from the host by 2:45pm so I tried to reach out via the channels provided to me.
The contact phone number listed on the "Host Details" from Capital One (where I made the booking) did not connect and I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I called Capital One directly seeking check-in information. Capital One also tried to contact the host but was unsuccessful.
After 30 minutes, I was able to get the code for the main door and the code for my door. The agent was unable to tell me which building my unit was in nor where the "main door" was. I had to get out and walk the entire property, testing my door code on all the doors until I found the right door. Capital One was unable to confirm if I had a parking spot so I parked a block away from the property, on the street.
I also sent an email to bookings@your.rentals at 3:24pm on Sunday to try and get my check in information. I never received a response to that email.
Upon entering the unit and preparing to sleep, I noticed the bedding had severe stains. The towels also had stains and the bathroom door had not been cleaned in some time.
I sent another email to "bookings" and "resolution" on Monday at 1:32pm and did not receive a response until 1am on Tuesday. I asked if there was any more information about the property and, finally, on Wednesday (day 3 of my stay) I got my check-in information and the correct info to contact the host.
I attempted to contact the host on Wednesday via messaging through the portal and a phone call. I sent photos of the stained bedding and asked again about the parking situation. By Thursday, I had not received a response. I contacted the "bookings" and "resolution" emails again and I got a phone call on Thursday from an agent to answer my question about parking and address my concerns about the stained bedding and towels.
The agent told me that other guests don't treat the property with respect and they can't replace the damaged bedding fast enough. I fail to see how that is my problem. That sounds like the cost of doing business and maybe a fee should be applied to guests who leave multiple, giant, human sized stains on the bedding and burn holes in the mattress and pillows.
I was able to get unstained bedding and towels for my last night at the stay. In the process of changing out the sheets, I discovered the multiple burn holes in the mattress and pillows and more stains on the mattress.
I rented a condo in Paris. The host was not responsive and there were safety issues (multiple outlets pulled out from the wall and fickering lights) and no response to plumbing issues. The Luna Chu a Customer Solutions Specialist in the resolution center agreed upon a refund, asked for my Paypal information and then never credited an amount. I have called and emailed over 10 times for follow-up. No response. I now am concerned my Paypal account could receive fraudulent activity.

You may never be able to list your property on Booking.com again. I have experienced an issue between your.rentals and booking.com. Once your.rentals takes over your listing, you may never get it back. It took me months of work to get mine back once I cancelled your.rentals. I only got it back (with "out of the ordinary" assistance) in exchange for taking down my original Trustpilot review.
Your.Rentals is a great place to get on! Boost my property to reach guests and the stuff are so helpful ! Bem Nguyen has been very supportive and helpful to help me to resolve some difficult issues. I really appreciate and recommend the platform 👍
I felt like my issue was not followed well after several contacts, but at the end, I met with Linda from customer service and she was a life saver and followed the process till the end until it is solved
A very difficult company to communicate with, AI response is terrible, never a agent available.
As a host I'm now missing two payments, when I eventually received a response (via email) I was told they have a issue with PayPal and I need to be patient, or add another bank account, which I tried but it actually does give me that option when I try, I have tried to respond to the email I received and the email address given by AI but they return undelivered, so right now I'm left wondering if they still exist.
Having send that, as long as you don't need help/support the concept is good
I saw another review describing almost exactly what happened to me.
I started using Your.Rentals because they advertised that they would manage and distribute my listings across different booking platforms. As an experienced host, I deliberately offered a lower price with a strict non-refundable cancellation policy, as this gave me certainty that the booking income would still be protected if the guest cancelled. I used the same approach successfully on Airbnb.
However, when a guest cancelled a non-refundable booking, Your.Rentals kept the payment instead of passing the host’s share to me. They refused to pay me despite the booking being non-refundable.
I will not host through Your.Rentals again. A company should not benefit financially from a cancellation while refusing to honour the host’s cancellation policy. I am still pursuing the money owed to me and expect it to be paid in full.
Furious. Guest cancelled a booking that was under a Strict policy — after the cutoff, meaning I should have kept 100% of the payout. Your.Rentals refunded the guest in full anyway and left me with £0.00. No warning, no explanation, no apology. You cannot run a rental business if the platform ignores its own cancellation terms whenever it feels like it. Avoid unless you’re happy losing income with zero recourse.
Your.Rentals customer support was able to help me with unblocking settings on my Calender and resolved Calender Sync with other websites.

I registered my rental units ,provided photographs and got stuck with synchronising their calendars when I asked for help on a phone call I received an email telling me what to do. I was unable to sync my calendars and sent another email asking for help. I was told at this point that my account had been suspended. I sent another email and told me that my listings had been completely deleted as had my account. No help available, and not much empathy. I would avoid if I were you.

Payout failure after Your.Rentals sent payout to wrong IBAN.
Investigation is extremely slow.
Still have not received the payout for March 26!

Even if the guests didn’t want to pay I appreciate the resolve, also the willingness to help.

I had a reservation to stay one night in an apartment with the company. Prior to booking, I asked if they would be able to accommodate early check in, to which they agreed and said it would be an additional £25 cost. I continuously followed up to pay the additional charge and heard absolutely nothing from the host. I raised this with Your.Rentals and had no help whatsoever. I was told that I would receive a code to collect a key to the property on the day of the booking. Again, on the day, heard absolutely nothing. Then, once driving hours to the property for the day I had planned, the property manager cancelled the booking an hour before check in time leaving our group of 6 with absolutely no accommodation and ruining our trip. I wish I looked at trip advisor reviews prior to booking. It seems like from other reviews, this company allows property managers to absolutely scam people.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I used Your.Rentals for my property listing on Booking.com, but when I wanted to take over and manage my own Booking.com listing directly, the process became extremely difficult and has still not been resolved.
I first requested a transfer of ownership on 23 March 2026. Your.Rentals informed me that they were unable to transfer the ownership due to internal policy/accounting reasons, and instead suggested removing the listing so I could recreate it directly on Booking.com.
I repeatedly explained that Booking.com had told me this was not the correct solution and that the proper way was an ownership transfer of the existing listing. Despite this, Your.Rentals continued to push the removal option and did not provide clear documented confirmation from Booking.com for my exact case.
Your.Rentals later confirmed that a removal request had been submitted and then stated that the listing was completely removed as of 17 April. However, Booking.com is still telling me that they have not received/registered the situation in a way that allows me to properly take over or recreate the listing. As a result, almost two months later, the issue is still unresolved.
This has caused me a lot of stress, loss of time and uncertainty during an important booking season. The communication has felt slow, unclear and focused on internal policy rather than actually solving the problem for the property owner.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Your.Rentals if you want real control over your own Booking.com listing or may later need to transfer ownership.
