No help.
To download virus software you need to enter a code. However the software was not compatible. Your Software refused a refund on unused software saying as I used the code no refund was possible. Really how else could I download the software ? it would have been simple to cancel the code which suggestion was declined. Customer Services say at the end of their declines .We are here to help you which is just what don't. I am unable to recommend this Company.

We understand your frustration: in order to download and activate antivirus software, a license code must indeed be used first. Unfortunately, once a code has been activated, it is technically considered used by the manufacturer. As a reseller, we are bound by the refund and cancellation rules set by the software publisher, which means we cannot revoke or reuse an activated license — even if the software later turns out to be incompatible with your system.
For this reason, we always ask customers to check the system requirements carefully before retrieving and activating the license code. This information is shown on our product pages and during the ordering process to help prevent exactly this kind of situation.
We appreciate your suggestion to cancel the code, and we truly wish this were possible. Sadly, this is something neither we nor the manufacturer can do once activation has taken place.
That said, we do want to be clear that we are here to help. While a refund is not always possible in these cases, we are more than willing to look at alternative software options that are compatible with your system and help you choose a better-fitting solution.
We regret that this experience has led to a negative impression of our service, and we thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve how we communicate these limitations more clearly.

I highly recommend this company
I highly recommend this company. I bought a 1 year Microsoft 365 for £68.99 which was several pounds cheaper than anywhere else and very easy to use. There were clear instructions to download the product and it was up and running within 8 minutes. I'd not heard of Your.Software but after reading multiple 5 star reviews on Trustpilot I took a punt and am glad I did.

Too much hard selling
It is too pushy with wanting to get you to spend more money, it installed VPN which I hate because it stops me printing and blocks too many other things, it is also regularly being used by scammers and other criminals.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when software feels intrusive or installs features you don’t want, such as a VPN that interferes with everyday tasks like printing. Your feedback about aggressive upselling is also something we hear more often, and we understand why that can be off-putting.
To clarify: we only sell the license codes for AVG and are not the manufacturer or developer of the software itself. This means we unfortunately have no influence over how the software is designed, which features are included, or how they are promoted within the program.
That said, we do want to help you find a solution that does suit your needs. If AVG isn’t the right fit for you, we’re more than happy to look with you for a better alternative — for example, a security product without a VPN or with a more minimal, less “pushy” approach.
