Looking good so far
Switched to your.team accountants in January. Changeover went smoothly, had a good onboarding call, and after I had sent my ID and last accounts I was up and running the next day. Support team as well as my accountant Paul seem pretty competent and very friendly. Early days but looks like a good move!

Website designed in four days
Asked for ideas, background and competitors then went off and built website in four days. Really impressive quality and they did a couple of amendments for me too. Have access to make changes myself but easier to ask them to do it. Thanks to my developer Laura for responding to all my stupid questions!

Excellent service
Signed up to their HR and H&S packages after being stuck in a five year contract with another provider. Breath of fresh air - nice and simple - no hidden up selling. All existing policies revised within a couple of weeks, with some good changes recommended. Have a named contact who knows his stuff and is easy to access. Site visits arranged for two months’ time.
