I have always had the pleasure of interacting with baking company’s customer service, and I must say, it has always been a truly exceptional experience. Absolutely amazing service! I ordered some of the new whisk it and I love it as it's halal certified! The order came super quick and the whole process was nothing but smooth they've definitely got themself a returning customer !!

I’ve edited my review and now given a 4 star review after originally giving it only 1 star. I initially had doubts at to whether my order would arrive before Easter as it hadn’t arrived after 10 days even though my order had been processed and money taken from my bank and my emails enquiring about my order bounced back. On further investigation on Trustpilot I noted a number of negative reviews so thought my order would remain unfulfilled. However, the owner of the business contacted me by phone and text to explain the problems she was having with her business and promised my order would be dispatched ASAP. It was and I have received it this afternoon in time for Easter. Hopefully problems with orders will be sorted out and the Your Baking Company will begin to flourish.

I placed an order online, they came back to me that evening as there was a small issue, they offered me immediate alternatives and even sent me a free item to thank me for being flexible. I have just read the other comments, most of them don't reflect the full story - and i am only giving 4 stars because of the minor issue.... i had worse service from bigger firms!

Avoid!!!! A very dishonest company. I ordered the item which they apparently didn’t have in stock. I received a couple of phone calls asking if I would like a replacement and I said No on both occasions, to which normal companies would provide me with a refund. Yet I received the item I didn’t want and It’s impossible to get in touch as the info@email doesn’t work or they deliberately blocked my email. A SCAM!
P.S. I’m convinced the good reviews are not genuine. After every bad review someone puts a good one to counterbalance the overall score! Not in one bad review did the company tried to explain or resolve the issue. Dishonest to the core!

I think everyone is being unfair, I’ve placed a lot of orders with the baking company they are nothing but supportive and helpful and even have a WhatsApp number to contact them on which they reply promptly! Orders do get lost and sometimes things may get packed wrong but unfortunately that’s with every company I’ve been baking for years and have issues all the time but everyone is human at the end of the day, however I feel the baking company are an amazing family business

Placed an order with The Baking Company, received an email saying "order received" then.......nothing. I messaged them on their website messaging service......no reply. I messaged them through facebook messenger from their facebook page.........no reply. I messaged again and again.........no reply. I telephoned the number on their website.........no answer (and you can tell when they decline the call) I texted the mobile number on their website.......you guessed it, no reply. Almost two weeks after placing my order, it FINALLY arrived. "Oh so it is legit" I thought. Yeah.........no. HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. So I go through the same rigmarole, and, you guessed it............no response! So i disputed my payment with my bank and got a refund. But also, whilst filling out the dispute form my bank says "this is a recurring payment, do you want us to cancel future payments?" WHAT??????? The google reviews were positive which is why I proceeded with the order, but I found the Trust Pilot reviews after I started having issues and BOY do they tell a different story. FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS POSSIBLY??????? This is what this company does, only sends half the order then refuses to refund. They had a physical shop but closed it due to "break-ins and vandalism" I think it's probably more to do with the fact people can turn up to a phyical store and demand refunds. So in summary..........AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Order ONLY if you want to be scammed!!!!!!!!
