I was supposedly getting a deal

I was supposedly getting a deal, received no email but somehow they said I agreed to a subscription, they charged me 16.50, I received no information about this and now it's going to take 14 days to cancel, I'm absolutely disgusted and can only imagine how many other people this has happened to, I got emails only today from two different customer accounts which doesn't seem right, stay well away, plus I can't get a refund I got scammed

Yourbeautyaid is a SCAM!

My experience with the company was a total scam. They set up a fake Red Bull site where you could buy some aparently good deals for 10 EUR. I bought it (I never received the package) and I received an email from yourbeautyaid and right after I paid for my package they sent me another demand for 10 EUR which I didnt approve and I immideatly blocked my credit card. Anyway I went to my email and found their email saying that I signed up for their membership where they will be taking monthly membership (10 EUR). I wrote to their customer support where I was only receiving automatic AI answers. Somehow they sent me a mail that my membership will end after two week (which I strongly dont believe) so I deleted my credit card to be sure as I read in reviews that a lot of peoples membership still continued for a year or more.
So my experience with the site is that is a total SCAM!!!

Fraud

I saw that yourbeautyaid withdrew 3 times money from my creditcard. I didn't even knew this company. After talking with the customersevice and telling them over and over they said that I enrolled into a membershipacount and I had registered there. They even told me they sent me emails which I did not find in my entire inbox (spam included). They didn't wan't to re-enburst me but did say they cancelled the subscription and would sent me a conformation email. Even that they didn't do. I lost €100. Stay away from this website!!!

A rotten customer service

First of all, I felt scammed. They have this Ad that pops up in your social media account, enticing you to buy a gadget at a very low price. When you click it, it will lead to beauty aid website which upon clicking automatically deducts from your card a membership fee which you did not even agree on, because all you wanted was plainly to buy the cheap-priced gadget they offer. I immediately unsubscribed and asked my bank to cancel such auto-debit but it was too late. Now, i sent a letter to their customer service way back MARCH 2023 but got a response only recently on June 6, 2024!!!!. This so-called customer service tells me they are 'willing' to give me a refund as long as in return, i make a review for them with a rating of 5! Whatttaaaa, Is this even called a customer service? Don't refund if you don't want to, i will screenshot all the email communication you sent me and post thru social media. Let's see
