It’s a con job.

It’s a con job.

I was visited by a group of sales reps from Your Business Listing Pte Ltd (Singapore).

My hair salon HAIR JOURNAL signed up a 3 month “place me first in google” project for a package of $360+. Comprising of set up fee $180+ and monthly fee of $60+.

There wasn’t a physical sale contract, but they require me to go through a “welcome message n confirmation through tele-conversation”.

The lady spoke in a broken English tone speaking with a script. Asking me some questions if I agree so on and so forth. I can hardly hear, and I asked them that all I know if the total amount I would pay is $360+ that’s all. She kept repeating and asking for my confirmation and the sales rep telling me not to worry all is correct.

I was charged the total 3 months fee, at one go!

1 month later I was charged which I wasn’t aware. No credit card notification at all.

2 months later I was charged again, again no credit card notification.

Finally, it was my accountant who spotted the charges and notified me.

I called them. The guy Dean, said that my complaints will be investigated and a solution will be offered.

2 days later he called and said that I have vocally agreed to the charges as according to the voice recording. Nothing can be done

Now i know, i am being duped! Scammed! Lost $1000+

Please be aware of such trickery.

Absolute rubbish company

Absolute rubbish company, and the reviews on the website are definitely fake.

They keep sending fake reports every month saying how the business is in the top position, but they are fake results. When I searched it up, it didn't show up.

Sure, maybe you can say that Google's algorithm is tailored for each user, so not every user will see it as the top few.

But look at the analytics from Google. After using them, our monthly interactions have worsened... It wasn't the top before, and now they are claiming it to be in the top ranking, but with worse visibility and performance?

I can provide screenshot proof of falling performance.
