Really quick and prompt replies to our enquiry even though it was out of hours. Although my wife ultimately decided to choose a different car due to colour preference we cannot fault the friendly and courteous manner in which we were dealt with by Tradecarpro. They gave us a great price for our trade-in so we may well sell it to them directly anyway. Good advice given and we will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Very happy with the service received from,initially the telephone contact, to the test drive and finally purchasing the car. Phil was friendly and personable and was able to answer all our questions and was clearly very knowledgeable.

Best price and quick car sale.
They offered us the most for our car, so we accepted.
They contacted us letting us know what they required.
They said they would come and check the car the next day.
They paid us the money and took the car away the next day.
They did it all with no fuss.
They were very pleasant.

Easy to deal with
I bought a car from their Tradecarpro used car site that was really cheap compared to other Honda Civics as it came in part exchange from their leasing company. It was really well prepared and nice experience to buy a car after seeing it 'remotely' on a video and on facetime before travelling all the way to Yorkshire! Appreciate the 'no-pressure' but enthusiastic approach, makes a change these days!

A personal, tailored service.
After dealing with Tradecarpro to purchase a first car for my son, I would highly recommend them to others. The car was exactly as described on the video and was by far the best Hyundai i20 we found in our search radius. As we had quite a distance to travel they even delivered the car to a pick up point for us. Personal tailored service at a great price, we will definitely be contacting them the next time we want to change cars.

A better way to buy a car!
Great service from Phil! He sent me a good 'warts n' all' video of the Polo so that I could make up my mind whether to drive over and see it first which was really handy. The car was exactly as he showed in the video but they don't haggle on price and even charge you if you want any small marks repairing but the car was way cheaper than anything else for its age and mileage anyway and I expected a few small marks here and there, so I left them. It had been fully checked-over by a mechanic and they gave me a 12 month warranty and MOT but I'm not sure whether this is with every car. I hate buying cars and always come away feeling like I've been duped, but dealing with Phil was really easy (I would say even enjoyable!) and I would certainly ask them to find me my next car. Nice to buy a tidy car off a normal decent bloke!
