YCH coach company saved my trip, or I would have been eaten alive. Literally.

I was badly let down by Atlantic coach both on 27 May and again on 31 May. One day before 1 Jun pick up, said coach company contacted me mid afternoon by email to inform me that they are cancelling coach pickup, due to coach damage and cannot provide an alternative. This would have left the 65 passengers stranded at Southampton cruise port. However, after putting out an SOS and calling several coach companies, I finally received a call from YCH at 7:30pm. They were professional and on the ball. The coaches are new, drivers are courteous, professional and they even got to Southampton Cruise Port 1hr earlier than requested, as a precaution for not being late for pick up.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to this company and strongly recommend that everyone uses YCH for future coach hire.

Trevor has made our journey to the UK a real pleasant and memorable one! We have not been the best with our time management but thanks to Trevor being so patient and understanding, we were able to enjoy our trip across the UK, leaving many of our participants with fond memories of the place. Thank you Trevor for the amazing journey!

Our Military Wives Choir Trip to Belgium was made even better when Alan was our designated coach driver. His patience, professionalism, his ability to wear several different 'hats' such fixing a wheelchair, lending his own tie to a male group member, squeezing a large amount of 'essential' shopping into pthe luggage area! and putting up with our singing, including a rusty rendition of the 'white cliffs of Dover' at 7am on the Saturday morning and suggestions to add to our itinerary. His driving was safe, secure and he even managed to get us on an earlier ⛴️ ferry.

Thank you Alan. Without our fabulous driver Alan, our trip would not have been the great success that it was. Kind, calm and a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much for Alan, who often had to accommodate changes in our schedule and faced some interesting challenges finding parking. It was also reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable when it came to passport control and customs. Our students thought he was brilliant and he got on so well with all of us. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip. However, so pleased to see his Dutch Duck travelling on with him. Thank you Alan. Best coach driver ever!

Excellent experience with Neil our driver on a 4 day School football tour to Holland. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Always punctual and pick up and drop off times were easily negotiated. Bus was clean and spacious. Would use again!!
