After I paid for the service and spent considerable time completing the application and submitting all the required documents, I received an email informing me that they could not proceed with my application because of the country I reside in.
This information should have been disclosed before payment or at least clearly stated during the application process. Had I known this restriction in advance, I would not have wasted my time, effort, and money. The fact that this eligibility requirement was only communicated after submission reflects poorly on the service and demonstrates a lack of transparency. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

The process was very easy and seamless, except the double verification process that take time more than supposed. There is another agency that do verification in addition to the goovernemental verification platform. Clarice was exceptionally efficient, kind, and rapidly reaching out, even during the two days of the weekend. Really exceptional!
