The cost is very misleading
The cost is very misleading. Yes it works out to $20 per month but you are forced to pay the total in advance and cannot cancel before the 12 months have passed I would not have subscribed if I would have known about the annual membership.

Misleading Marketing and Services not as Advertised
I signed up because the service was advertised as $20/month, but I was charged $240 upfront for a yearly subscription. I also subscribed because I urgently needed a medical form completed for a university exam-related deadline.
I was never given direct access to a medical professional and communicated only with an advisor. The form was returned to me on the deadline day under a doctor’s name, but it was incomplete and unusable: a required section asking whether I was sick and how sick I was was left blank. Because of that, the form could not be used for my university documentation, and I had to get another licensed provider to complete a replacement form the same day.
Based on my experience, the pricing was not clearly presented and the service was not delivered as advertised.

I really like this service
I really like this service, I had a problem and I was speaking with a doctor by txt so that he could get an idea of what was wrong. As he was unsure of my symptoms he ended up calling me so that he could be more sure of my ailment and also you can send pictures so that they can get a good look and idea of what to do. Also a second opinion comes into play so that decision and prescription is right for you. Also the prescription is automatically sent to the nearest pharmacy and you are notified when ready. You also can up to 4 other people to your account which is very helpful as nowadays it’s getting more difficult to see a doctor. Overall a great option!

False advertising - Charged $240 rather than $20 and no prescriptions available for kids
Advertising for Your Doctors Online was very misleading. Their website listed the cost as $20 a month for their service with the ability to cancel anytime. I found out after signing up they are not able to provide prescriptions for kids under 12. This wasn't noted anywhere on their site. When I cancelled the subscription less than one hour after signing up, I found out I had actually been charged for the whole year ($240), rather than the $20 that was advertised. I haven't gotten my money back yet.

This company is a scam - do not go with them....They advertise as a sponsored post when you search for Rocket Doctor....I accidentally clicked on them thinking they were rocket doctor....then they charged me $240...I realised when they called that they are no rocket doctor so I said this was a mistake (within 24 hours) and to pleasde provide a full refund (they said no) - eww
