One thing I don't like is if you don't have Facebook you are excluded. There's no communication about competition winners for people who don't use it. You can only assume you haven't won because you haven't received an email to say you've won. I get many emails from you already, why not send out a mass email declaring the winner?

I’ve always been slightly sceptical about competitions of this nature because they often seem too good to be true.. however I bought a couple of tickets in a Jazzmaster and to my surprise I won! It was shipped out straight away and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure it all turned up okay!

Not won yet but good prizes, maybe I'll have some luck in the future

Filled in the details wrong on occasion. The customer service is fantastic and solved my problems within a day.
Now I just need some luck to win a guitar 🤣

I bought tickets to a couple of the draws and I recently won. They are amazing at communicating and making sure everyone has a fair shot at winning the prize.

On my second attempt of buying tickets I was lucky enough to win a Fender Parallel universe 2 spark o' matic jazzmaster RRP £2000. Matt informed my on Friday night that I had won and I received my guitar today on Tuesday. Excellent communication throughout and amazing odds. Thank you Matt!

So easy to enter just answer one question then your in the draw. Communication and confirmation was excellent overall I am very happy with the customer service and even happier when I was told I'd win the PRS custom 24 35th anniversary edition which was just awesome news. I'll definitely enter their competitions again and thoroughly recommend Your Dream Guitars competitions and shop to everyone. It was really easy to buy the ticket, and I am so pleased that I was lucky enough to win such a great guitar as the American Pro II Tele. Communication was great with swift replies and the delivery was organized to suit my working days, and arrived when they said it would. Cheers.

Entered a few competitions. Easy entry, clear and transparent processes for ticket allocation and draw (can watch draw live). Was lucky enough to win last week. Excellent communication from the guys and ultra-rapid dispatch of my guitar. Couldn't be happier. Without wishing to be greedy, I will be entering future competitions also :-)
