Thank you for taking time to write about your experience, it’s a shame you haven’t had the great experience most of our other customers have.
Whilst I appreciate the frustration, I would like to again reiterate the speed we acted upon in notifying you about our stock levels was that of what I can only describe as great customer service, you placed your order at 10:49pm, which is clearly out of hours. We then emailed you at 11am after making several phone calls to our suppliers trying to get access of stock for you to not let you down.
Again after explaining, we have plenty of stock in 4m widths and 1 5mx5m which is unfortunately too short for you.
We are a flooring retailer, not manufacturer and operate on a live stock level which updates after each order, again you ordered 1 hour before midnight so was not able to have a live update on stock.
In regards to taking your money and refunding it, it’s an automatic payment system like every other retailer in the country uses, and as we have shown you, we processed your refund immediately and you are now waiting for your back to process, I cannot speed this up. Again like any other retailer.
