Saw an iPhone 16 128g advertised for $1099 and agreed to going there and to pick it up in the morning so all good.
Then an hour later Yourfone changed the price on the advertised iphone 16 knowingly Im coming to collect it in the morning. What the . . . .
I called them up and a young man gave me the run around that he told me the wrong price . . . Huh. . . he didn’t tell me a price as it’s advertised at $1099 so obviously false advertising going on here !
It very much looks to me they put a low price advertised so it hooks you in and when you go into the store they change the price so you’ll pay more ! Obviously I didn’t fall for that trap as it looks like a scam to lure potential customers.
Very disappointed as it was listed for $1099 and I agreed and they change the price before you get to the store.
Watch out here people’s !

Great customer service would go back again

Yourfone is a terrible company with misleading communication. The customer service is so unreliable and no word they say can be trusted. Their only goal is to keep to you stuck as a customer so they lie.
I have been having problems with them for over two months now and no matter what I write they don’t even bother to read and send automatic replies. They keep changing my cancellation date (Kündigungsdatum) and when I try to correct it they ignore. They want every cent they can get and play very very dirty to get it. Worst company!!! bunch of liars and manipulative people.

Wow!! Excellent customer service and very friendly. Never expected such a nice phone shop at Ormeau. I find them on gumtree ad for a iPhone 11 just for $675, and they also gave me $350 trade in value for my old iPhone X. Definitely recommend my families to this guy. Also later I checked their google review and figured out many happy customers like me already left their nice comment over there.
