Work Never Performed, Refund Never Issued.

Awful company. I sent 100 CDs to them January, 2022 along with a payment of over $130.00. They never performed the work. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were never returned. I never received my CDs back or a refund. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office but was told that while they were aware of "issues" with this company, there was nothing they could do.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered a refurbished ps2

Ordered a refurbished ps2. It said it would be delivered by August 8-9. Its now August 20th. And still no ps2. You know how you really anger a customer? Send them the games they bought but no system! There is absolutely no customer service with this company. I've called repeatedly. Noone ever answer nor do they call back when you leave a message. They also don't respond to emails. Bad company!!! Will never purchase anything from them again. Still working on getting a refund. Will update!

Zero Customer Service

I ordered a refurbished PS2 and memory card on 7/11/22. Shop tracking info showed delivery of my order on 7/26/22, but I did not receive the PS2. Follow-up with USPS gave me the info that the order only ever weighed less than 4 ounces, meaning it never included a game console. I emailed YourGamingShop several times about the order but never received a reply. Update: 8/3/22 I received my PS2. It had a priority mail postmark dated several days after I sent them emails and wrote a 1-star review on their website. I had hoped to get the company's attention with that review, and maybe it worked, because other than getting the game console, I still have not received a reply.
