Fantastic service. Been coming to Shaun since 2016 for all my laptops and desktop repairs. I have 4. I initially had a poor experience with another company and Shaun fixed what they couldn't. Just brilliant. Fast. Efficient. Great price. And now my son uses him for his tech repairs too. Shaun is so experienced im convinced there nothing he cannot repair. Highly recommended. 100%

Terrible service. I initially thought I'd found someone who could help me solve my computer woes, but I was mistaken. I was charged for work that wasn't completed and when I tried to follow up, I was completely ignored. Avoid at all costs!

Shaun knows exactly what to do when a computer is playing up. He got my computer working within a few hours, for a very competitive price.

Shaun could not possibly be any more helpful to me in diagnosing faults on my desktop build that had been caused by a PC component company who had supplied me with a faulty Motherboard and DDR5 Ram.

Every time I get an IT issue, this is where I come. I've had laptops, repairs, fault finding, parts, you name it. I'm REALLY fussy about who I trust with my stuff and Shaun has never let me down. Not once. He's easy to talk with, he explains things in a way you can understand, he has years of experience and he's more upfront than the Pope!

Shaun is a skilled, honest guy, who will go above and beyond for very affordable prices. He explains thoroughly what changes are likely to be made and what work was undertaken on the device, and most importantly will be 100% honest if something cannot be fixed. My device looks and feels new, and the work undertaken not only fixed the problem, but will prevent further damage as well. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! :-)
