Downham Market April/May 2026

Elliot made the sessions enjoyable with his enthusiasm. He had the knowledge and the commitment to help us to improve our overall health - not only our weight, but what we eat to make it as healthy as possible.

The fitness sessions were a bonus and he tailored to our individual needs.

Personally my HbA1c dramatically reduced by making small tweaks recommended by Elliot.

Absolutely top experience:

Have to say that at almost 80 the last two years plus with Cameron working 1 on 1, twice a week, has me now working with 18kgs on each arm and ending each session with 6 rounds of boxing. As a major sportsman in my youth I have really enjoyed getting my fitness back. Cameron is constantly challenging me to improve. I initially started the sessions for falls prevention but things just improved to the level I am at now. Thanks Cameron

5 star health and body experience

What a fantastic experience! Ryan was excellent at projecting the correct course of action we should all be taking when it comes to exercise and healthy eating and ditching the really bad convenience foods ( its amazing what you find that what you think is ok to eat is actually total rubbish and as such most of us are walking around like human dustbins!). Because of Ryan's enthusiasm for eating properly and advocating for exercise on a daily basis, my health and eating practices have improved immensely, I feel so much better for the experience. Thank you to Your Health Norfolk, and especially to Ryan.

David 2 excellent courses

Ryan was excellent with the nutrition course explaining aspects of food good and bad

The exercise class that followed taught us to use muscles we all forgot we had hope I can keep it up or I will be back

Fantastic experience would recommend....

Ryan gave good explanations on food choices, health, wellbeing and exercise. It was a real eye opener. His explanations were backed up by experts in their field and he always had 'further reading' information available.
I enjoyed the experience and will continue with the exercises as they have made a difference to my weight and inches.
Only thing I would recommend would be some pre-course information for participants, I didn't know what to expect, what to wear and what to take with me.

Best thing I have done.

I have been having one-to-one personal training sessions twice weekly with both Ryan and Cameron (I moved houses and location in Norfolk during this time) and can wholeheartedly say that their instruction and complete focus, professionalism and positivity has changed my whole well-being and outlook on life at a time when it would be all too easy to just take a back seat and use the passing of time and retirement as an all round excuse for withdrawing into my grey hairs! It has also taken a commitment from my side as well and an understanding that after so many years of putting myself and my needs last that major improvements would take time. I have been working with Cameron now for two years and he is a consummate professional encouraging me all the way. It is 100% obvious that he has my best interest at heart to enjoy my life today and for many tomorrows. Thank you.

My experience of one to one exercise sessions with Cameron

Cameron has been giving me one to one exercise classes for about 18 months or more. He understands my limitations and is extremely encouraging without making me feel awkward. He is always cheerful with a great sense of humour, which makes the sessions very enjoyable and I thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent Fitness Class

I have attended Elliott's weekly Strength and Balance Class at Hunstanton for just over three years now and feel much stronger for it. On a few occasions recently, I have almost tripped outside on a pavement or something similar, but have managed to keep myself from falling, which is something I would not have been able to do before attending the class. Elliott is friendly and patient, with a good sense of humour, and I hope this class will continue for a long time to come.

I found these classes very informative

I found these classes very informative. A more in depth way of how to lose weight. It certainly makes me think more about what I am eating. The exercises were good too, focused on the age group for the class and all made to feel like we can do it! Well done to Jason for being an excellent tutor.

I have tried many different fitness…

I have tried many different fitness classes and I get a more positive result from this class than any other.
The time goes very quickly , it is helpful with balance and stamina and stretching the body.
A very enjoyable hour even if there is a little pain 😆

Perfect Nutrition and exercise classes

Our expert in nutrition and exercise was great. Explanations very clear on nutrition with one subject a week to concentrate on. Book recommedations also to follow up.
Exercises were set to a level you were able to do (I had just had a total right knee replacement 4 weeks prior to classes so was still recovering) Everything done at the correct pace but with the right amount of encouragement to do a little more.

Ryan's punctuality is very impressive

Ryan's punctuality is very impressive. Even though it is sometimes very hard for me to do what is asked of me but with is his fantastic attitude makes me want to give my all. I have been amazed by the results and the amount that I have achieved in such a short time, for which I am so grateful. Information that I am being given about nutrition and my general health is very helpful. I have gone from feeling that my mobility is something that I can only dream about to feeling that it could be with hard work and Ryan's help I can dare to hope that I will get my independence back.

Excellent exercise

Ryan has been working with my 90 year old Dad since May last year and he has made a significant difference to his ability and confidence. The exercises he does are suited to him and he does push him to do at least one more, which is good.
Initially it was 3 free weeks following a trip which resulted in a chipped bone in his wrist but because of the improvement and more importantly Dad kept up with the exercises he decided to keep them up and has a session once a fortnight. It's definitely worth it and I would recommend this to anyone

Gently does it!

Every week I look forward to the exercise class.As well as working gently on my muscles and joints it is also proving very beneficial on my mental well-being.What makes the occasion very satisfying and enjoyable is that Cameron creates an environment where he puts we ‘Senior Citizens’ through our paces and manages to inject a sense of of fun into the mix! A winner all round.Thank you!

Strength and Balance Class - Norwich

This is an excellent exercise class mainly aimed for people of the 3rd age. Ably led by Cameron, our trainer, he mixes the hour long session with balance, strength and stamina exercises with various options for each exercise according to an individual's capability.

Cameron exudes good humour and a positive attitude pushing us a little further from our comfort zones.

Cameron - good teacher with humour

Cameron is a very good teacher, full of humour which helps us all keep going. He has problems counting!!! I think its important to exercise and keep muscles etc moving. Highly recommend especially as you get older - as they say if you don’t use it you lose it!

Strength and Balance classes

Cameron's patience with all of us is amazing! I'm sure we're all at different stages with the exercises but his encouragement while faced with all of us trying to incorporate all of his instructions and carry out the routine must make him want to collapse with laughter. But he is continually supportive and with warming up and cooling dowm safely helps us get those 'complaining and creaky joints' moving!

Not to be missed!

My wife and I have taken part in physical training programmes led by Cameron for several years now. Our course is designed around strength and balance needs. Cameron is a gifted instructor and an excellent communicator managing to cater for a whole range of needs in each class which makes everyone feel included.

Great way to exercise with like minded people of all abilities

I Started on the nutrition and exercise programme with Cameron in October 2025, Lost weight, gained a better understanding of my eating needs and enjoyed the exercise so much I have continued to attend ever since. Cameron is really good at engaging with everyone, makes us all feel comfortable whatever our ability or disability and makes sure that everyone is able achieve each exercise according to their individual abilities. All this whilst keeping us all entertained with wit and banter and some confusion over his timekeeping. I look forward to going each week, meeting a great bunch of other”victims”and feel so much better for putting in the effort on the day and in between classes. A great concept and a great organisation.
