I have had the worst customer service from Oncourse. My account was overpaid $257. I have tried to be reimbursed since Nov 2025. The agents have stated many things and they were all misleading or incorrect. The last called I made was on February 26, I was told that the request was being escalated and I should receive within 4 weeks, that again is unacceptable. That was the 5th time I was informed the check is in the mail with in 4 weeks. I do not believe the check will be in the mail. I have been with Pivotal before its was Oncourse over 30yrs. and never missed a payment. This is the worst experience I have ever had with this company. Since I have not receive my refund I know longer need to do business with your company.

I spoke with two different people, one was good the other not a pleasant experience. The first call ended up in a call center that had much background noise, the woman spoke with an accent and I couldn't understand her well at all and was not able to understand her name. That may have been due to the extreme noisy background. The woman arranged for provider and said he would be out in about four hours ... but he showed up in an hour or so after my call (and I was not home but my wife was). He said the appliance was broken and needed approval to fix it. The next day, when I didn't here from anyone and I made a second call to OnCourse and got a new call center and a male representative, the background noise was minimal. I told the person I spoke with (Abraham) about the previous day's experience. Abraham was much easier to understand and deal with and took my information and arranged for a new claim number and different service provider. The new provider came out about 3-4 hours later, researched the problem and had a conversation with me. He indicated and that he felt OnCourse would not approve the purchase of replacement parts because of cost. I didn't agree but I wasn't going to change his mind. The microwave has been used by me and my wife for its lifetime and mechanically and functionally was in good shape -- different from a larger family with kids using it. I considered it to be in excellent condition -- everything on it worked and it functioned perfectly except the magnetron (the failed part). So, the repair provider left. I never heard back on the status of the two claims -- whether or not either was rejected or approved. So, I gave up and went out a bought a replacement for the microwave. I am not pleased with my experience! approved.

I have been waiting for a reimbursement check. All I get is the run around as to when I should have received it. the paper work was sent to u January 27 or 28. I received an email stating it was approved in February and would receive auto deposit within 2 to 5 days. It is now March. Guess what NO deposit. Everytime I call all I get r different responses from one of the agents. VERY disappointed

This company is full of people wants to take your monthly but when comes to having service called they find excuses not to service. First call I made after over a year with no calls, I was sent company to repair my boiler, guy came from Max air. He took the defective part off and when try to install new part he could not figure out the wiring. He had to call other guy to figure out the wiring, this company was at my house from 4pm till 9 pm for a simple job. They ended up doing half job problem was not resolved. I requested another service request the guy came and lubricate the part and left. Problem was still not address. I called service request the 3rd time guy came and said everything is working fine and left. We still have zone valve stuck and I have to turn the valve off manually I request another call the 4th time and it’s been over 5 days I have test to hear back. Some supervisor from IL called left me voice mail stating I have wrong plan wants me to call him back. I called him 4 times left him 2 voice mail’s I have yet to hear back from him. When comes time to get paid they have no problem. Sending someone to address the issues correctly. Companies come out and don’t do the work correctly.

McVay Company direct contacts are fine. McVay Virtual assistant is AWFUL.
Oncourse Telephone information was unclear to me as I needed guidance on the complete process including if and how I should pay the service provider.
Ultimately the service was done and vendor paid.

The product they installed the carrier high-tech efficiency furnace for a large home has a Infiniti I believe thermostat and I shot a code that the owner of the company troubleshot and then brought out his top service rep and they both agreed that I needed a new brain box they were out here within 20 hours of me responding to him. The service rep is a consummate professional and I actually talked to the owner of discount I sent him the trouble code great service it's as simple as that and this is after the sale

The company changed the policy. Zones were no longer covered. So, the tech could not address the furnace issue. I will not use them again.

I'm glad I have the Gold plan. My refrigerator and water heater died the same day. Repair visits were prompt but futile since both appliances are beyond hope. It's a relief to know that the Gold plan will cover part of the cost for new appliances.

Friendly and efficient. Only wished his shoes would not have left tracks though house to garage. It was not a big problem and easily cleaned. I didn’t say anything because I knew he wasn’t aware he was leaving tracks.
