Do not buy it is a scam! They automatically signed me to a monthly subscription and keep deducting money without my authority when I have emailed to stop!

I placed an order on the 4th September, paid in full. It's now November. I have heard nothing. I have contacted them on numerous occasions requesting the goods, or a refund but they have not responded. This leads me to believe this is a fake company stealing hard earned cash. Do not order from this company. I have registered it as a scam with my bank in the UK.

This was the second time I ordered from this company. The first one during the pandemic (July, 2020), I ordered and received my order within two weeks. This time I ordered on January 21, 2023. Two weeks later I emailed asking the status. NO response. Three weeks later (five weeks since order placed) I emailed again asking the status. NO response. Finally, in the beginning of March, I received an email saying it had been shipped. Two weeks later it was delivered. I ended up getting my order just shy of two months after placing my order. The lack of response from my requests was TOTALLY unacceptable! Two months for an order of five masks also TOTALLY unacceptable!
To make matters worse, it turns out they screwed up on the order. The masks were supposed to have an opening to insert an additional filter. They either sent me the wrong product or sewed the mask wrong, as the opening was non-existent! It was sealed, no pocket! Very very dissatisfied with this service and the product … unlike the first time I ordered. I have yet to make the effort to complain about the lack of opening since they ignored my previous emails. Perhaps I will try and see if they will respond & fix the issue. Not holding my breath for good service though.

Best reusable masks I’ve found. Would buy again!

I don't know who is writing the recent 5-star reviews. This company has become horrible. I waited six weeks for my order, while seven attempts to contact went unanswered. Then they sent the wrong ones; they don't have filter openings even though on their website that's the only kind they sell.

The quality has gone down as well. The straps are only stitched down at the corners instead of running through side of the mask itself. They are only reusable until the strap snaps off. For the hassle of waiting so long for such a low-quality product, I'm better off buying the disposable masks from Costco.

I wish the company would respond to their customers because I'd like to get what I ordered. They obviously don't care.

I like the masks and have ordered them multiple times. The pleating, ear loop adjustments, and nose bridge are similar to more expensive masks. Unfortunately, my last order only included half of the masks I ordered, and three emails to customer service over the course of two months went unanswered. Even at double price, they’re still a decent value, but the lack of customer service is a letdown, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Best of all, masks! I especially like the adjustment in the ear straps.

These are the best masks I’ve ever used! They are comfortable and the nose piece makes the mask stay in place.

I think the masks are well made and durable. I only wish you sold a filter material that fit inside the mask to make it a true 3-ply mask.

These masks are great! Soft on face and make easier to breathe. I would have to say of all masks worn since the beginning of pandemic these hold up the best.

Good quality masks that last and last . We outfitted our entire staff (15 garage workers) during the pandemic. The masks are laundered daily and we’re still using them.

My package did not arrive and I was unable to get a response from anyone about it.

These masks are awesome. They have a good, adjustable fit, and they are just the right thickness. They arrived to me quickly and packaged nicely.

I did not receive my order and sent dozens of emails asking for help and received no response.
