Wrong sizes initially sent. Then took me two chases to get the replacement. Four weeks in total from order date to relieving my complete order. Very limited not helpful time the telephone lines are open. Cannot fault the quality of the product

i ordered on the buy one get two free and tonne honest i was very wary of ordering but it was too good an offer to miss, i ordered from the website which was very quick and easy to use and entered the code to receive the offer. i received my canvases very quickly and on opening i was very happy with the quality. great price and great product can't wait to order more

I had issues uploading my pictures as the website kept crashing however there was someone on live chat (at 11pm) who helped me with my images! Prints delivered and they were great, they did send an incorrect image however resent the correct one very quickly.
Would recommend and use these guys again!

Ordered with the intention of using for Christmas presents. Christmas has come and gone 6 days ago still no delivery. Ordered since the 12th December. For the £10 delivery fee you would expect tracking number or something more useful than being told it's been dispatched. Won't be using again poor service and communication from company

I placed 2 separate orders for canvases. One was standard postage, the other, next day delivery and both arrived exactly when stated and well packaged. The quality and appearance of the pictures is amazing. One of the photos we used was rated a 7 in quality when enlarged, but we went ahead anyway and it is still amazing. Thank you very much and we will definitely be using your company again.

Can't fault my order one bit, excellent customer service from beginning to end, beautiful canvases, very very fast delivery and cute little packs of sweets attached at back of canvases. Definitely my new go to place for all canvases now. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you

I have ordered quite a few pictures from this company and I continue to be constantly surprised and overwhelmed with the quality and the service from Image On Canvas. I recieved my latest yesterday when I arrived back from holiday and was so happy with the picture which was a difficult one but came to me absolutely perfect, I had a call from a lovely girl before I went away to say that if I paid an extra £3, they would be able to fit the whole picture on and they did. Other companies would just have put it on whatever which happened to me in the past. Cannot recommend this company any higher. Thank you

The quality of the printing and framing is excellent. The colours were true to my originals. I had problems with damage caused during delivery but I was quickly supplied with replacements which are excellent. I would highly recommend 'Your Image On Canvas', their products are superb.
