Watch out for YourKarma.com. They "appropriate" your money!

I have had a KarmaGo for many years and saved up over 92 GB of "Non Expiring" data. I used it for travel. This data cost me over $700.
In June 2022 the Sprint 3G network that was used by Karma for this service shut down, so the Karma Go suddenly stopped working. I had no idea why and neither did the Karma help desk when contacted. I had to go investigating online to find the answer.
Karma refuses to provide a substitute service or refund my money. Their terms and conditions "buyer beware" are totally stacked against the client. They can steal your money with impunity as they have done to me.
You cannot take legal action against them etc etc.
So buyer beware, this is a pirate group that appears to provide service, but when the chips are down, you lose EVERYTHING. Find an honest provider and READ the terms and conditions carefully. I was stupid to believe in them after all those years.
I have transcripts of my online chats, and emails to prove my point.

Can't get it to work

I was a a yourkarma subscriber for many years, and in its first iteration this mobile internet service worked fine. The company then switched to a newer network and required the purchase of a new mobile access device. I bought one, and it worked for a year or two, and then I started having problems. After two years of intermittent problems and unreliable connections, I recently cancelled my subscription and wrote off my investment in their mobile device. Simply put, their (half-hearted and highly impersonal email-based) tech support personnel simply could not get the "Karma Go" device they had sold me to connect to the internet anymore--and they wanted me to buy yet another and different internet connection device. No, thanks--moving on to something that works better.
