My case has been ongoing since 2021 ...every time i email them im told they are out the office and have had at least 6 different people "dealing " with it !!

Awful, awful just awful.
I have had a case ongoing for 1 year. 6 months, nothing is happening. Now I get calls, and when I ask when will this matter cease I am told it does not!! Stay away seriously. They take your case on quickly, but are no good and then threaten you, saying if you do not do what they ask then you pay their over-inflated so-called cost!!!

Terrible company. I was awarded £50,000 compensation in an out of court settlement for a data breach. This company have insisted on taking £40,000 to cover their fees (so much for no win no fee.

I was threatened by the company that if I did no accept this out of court settlement they would no longer taker my case and they would chase me for the £50,000 in costs.

Having no choice but to accept the compensation I signed a letter of acceptance. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting for my £10,000.

My Lawyers have suddenly gone quiet and me caseworker is always busy and cannot take my calls (during negotiating stage she was containing me twice a day)

I don't think this company is legit and i think have shafted me out of all my settlement compensation.

I would avoid them as you will not receive any compensation and they will take everything.

This company are harassing me almost every day. This has been happening for over a year.Do not have anything to do with them. I have warned them I am intending to take action against them but they ignore me . I have unsubscribed from their emails on many occasions. This does not stop them. I am looking at ways to take action against them. If they were competent a respected company they would not act in this way.

Awful didn’t hear anything back for months and now they’re demanding me to fill out a questionnaire or I’m going to be charged.

They told me I instructed them to move forward with the case to which I would not have signed anything on my behalf instructing them to move forward with anything.

Endless spam emails, obviously a scam.

I went online to see if I had a valid emissions claim for my car. I completed the basic website requested details and submitted them. In so doing this apparently 'triggers an instruction' for this so called Your Lawyers Company to accept your case. I then went on to read the lengthly small print and there are hidden clauses that suggest their 'no win no fee' slogan may not end up being quite what they suggest. I phoned up to put my claim on hold and told the company not to proceed. I spoke to a man named Oliver who did not sound as professional or educated as I would have expected for a legal firm. He said it wasn't possible to speak to anyone more senior and he would "try" to put a hold on my claim enquiry. No Solictor would behave like this and so it is obviously some kind of scam. Keep away from this company.

Same as everyone. Never signed anything or instructed them to do anything. They are spaming my mailbox and I had to blacklist their number because they call me multiple times a day. Now they threaten me with an invoice but I see they do it to everyone. Ofc I am reporting them later today.

Not sure whether Your Lawyers Limited and Car Emissions Lawyers are the same company. I suspect they are. Having read the small print, and having signed nothing, I entered the portal and found a document that couldn't be completed then went to find the cancellation document which, as was pointed out in a previous post, was formatted so that it was unreadable and all on one page. Not a good sign, so I re-formatted the cancellation notice and signed both paper copies, and emailed them to both companies. Not a good experience, but proves looking at Trustpilot should come first before the inquiry.

As others have stated , very aggressive and rude , as soon as your start your application the constantly hassle you.

Did others get the harassment to stop ?

I have a Mitsubishi diesel car and saw an advert from these guys about making a claim. The ad was flagged as caremissions lawyers. Could not find any bad reviews on that name, so I went ahead and started registering my car and myself as part of their "group action scheme". The information they wanted started to look worrying and then emails started arriving that were extremely poor. one had 5 pdf attachments. Believe it or not the first I opened which claimed to be a conditional fee agreement was a PDF of a message which said "Unauthorized" in bold letters and then something about the server could not verify authorization. This might be expected if I had tried to log onto a portal, but not as a pdf document supplied by the lawyers. The other 4 documents were written as if I were engaging the solicitors directly to pursue a case in court and had little connection to joining a class action. A common theme was the many and varied way I could become responsible for their costs accrued at £350 per hour. While readable, none of these documents seemed readily printable as they had all been formatted as 1 page long! At this point I noticed "yourlawyers" appearing in the wording and another search got me to these entries on Trustpilot. The emails were all of the "no reply" type which again was another tell-tale. I eventually discovered a functioning email and clearly stated my withdrawal.
Since then, I have had numerous messages seeking to get me to log into a portal and earlier this week a phone call from an actual person seeking to convince me to stay with them. I think I got through to him that I understood I was only joining an established group scheme, not starting a case of my own.... that this did not seem to be a group scheme (I've been part of two previously and they bore no resemblance to this paperwork) and that I was not interested.
I truly hope they have gone away. If not, I'll update this.

Thanks to Sam Morrison and her team on successfully claiming compensation for me which took around six years not once did I have any doubt on your ability in winning my claim .
Every effort in the success of my claim was down to your hard work I can't ever praise your efforts enough and would recommend without hesitation.

I agree with the following reviews the so called firm did exactly the same today. A claim which I did not persue and they threatening to invoice me. The way they spoke to me was nasty and unprofessional.

As other reviews, I have received messages telling me to complete their forms or they will invoice me. I have never engaged this company and have sent many emails telling them so, which they ignore. They are harassing me and causing considerable distress.

Keep sending me emails and texts regarding a diesel online claim. I haven't completed any forms. Now they are threatening me with a fee as I'm ignoring them. Avoid this company as they seem like a bunch of con artists.

I have not instructed you to do anything for me. I haven't passed you my car reg either. Send me a copy of my signature authorising you to carry out work and show me what work you have done already.
You are a scam. STOP HARRASSING ME.
On Monday I am reporting you to the law society.
I will charge you £1000.00 for each reply i have to send you so STOP EMAILING ME.
