Needs to learn communication. I should have retained another Attorney.
The attorney was better towards the end. They tell you one thing and it turns out differently. I received all and any information by calling their office numerous times. They never communicated to me of any issues until I persistently called to get answers. As for damages, not true! I was told I should receive up to $1000. Well, after about 8 months the attorney offered $100 which I wanted to walk away from. After thinking about it, the attorney came with another offer of $350 which I unhappily accepted.

We appreciate all feedback but we had informed Janie that the collection agency we were up against historically takes a lot of time to respond. Not only were we able to successfully stop all collection harassment, we also won our client a settlement and she even received damages for the inconvenience they caused her.
