Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Efficient, professional, reliable

This company has a very efficient and convenient booking process. The plumber, arrived on time and was personable and pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable and explained everything carefully. He completed the job efficiently and cleanly and went above and beyond to sort out my issue and reassured me that I would be safe (this was a gas issue requiring a gas safe engineer).
This is in comparison to other companies I contacted who didn't even acknowledge my request or get back to me, and past experience.
Based on my experience I would recommend this company and Jason who did the work for me.
