Arranged a call back, was lucky to be assigned Emma, who was very patient with me, understood my needs and answered my questions honestly (this I valued the most) nothing was too much time for her, unfortunately this time I was offered a better deal with my current provider due to having preferential rates for holding a pacific account. I wanted to consolidate my credit card debt. I applied to my mortgage provider, as this year most of my cards promotion rates are dropping back to standard 23% plus! Mortgage provider said no, despite having good credit score. Turned to the team at "your mortgage people" who were professional, fast, coms almost daily, took less than two weeks to go from feeling no options except to try and manage to breathing space and options. I will move my mortgage with the team when time comes to it. Huge thanks.

The initial process was excellent, but after filling in the application form, things started to go downhill. Very poor customer service; they never answer my calls. The process is so broken that the solicitors are asking for the same information I sent to the agent, ping ponging back and forth, which is absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed. Poor updates have left me utterly gobsmacked. I do not want to name anyone, but I hope they will fix their process once they read this review. Almost two and a half months, and I still have no mortgage offer letter.

I needed help looking for a new mortgage and saw Your Mortgage People on Google. I enquired and I spoke to Emma. This lady is amazing, not just really good at her job but she is the kindest, sweetest person. My circumstances have been an issue with other lenders, and Emma brought hope. I cannot explain just how terrific this lady is!! She definitely deserves a medal. I feel cared about and understood and what was a situation I was stressed about Emma made that go away. I am very very grateful to her and she said she is available with help at every stage until the mortgage has been completed and then when I need a renewal, she will be here for me.
