Poor Customer Service
Great shame that customer service is not forthcoming . Felt I was just a number to them as only prepared to do things via internet links rather than talk to me on the phone when I requested they do so.

I'm sorry you felt this way. We are a predominantly online business for contact and payments which suits our customers, very few use our phone line. You called us after business hours when our phone line wasn't manned and left a message that you wanted us to contact you so you could pay an outstanding balance after we sent a reminder via email after you closed your account. We sent you a link to pay this bill at your convenience via email which has been an acceptable way to communicate with you in the past. We are very sorry that you feel us sending a a link to make a payment wasn't acceptable, we were just trying to make things convenient for you to make the payment in your time rather than a long phone call to get the payment details.
