Overseas Homes and Remy Hart (today's specialist) provide an excellent service here. Good topic area chosen.
Remy Hart's presentation is first class, he delivers and answers questions with a very sound and experienced ability.
I have attended a few of these presentations and find them very informative.
I just wish other attendees would ask questions of the topic relevant to the speaker. There are too many questions put to the wrong speaker, i.e. asking a pension specialist about visas, of moving etc. - doesn't make sense as just wasting everybody's time.

I can't recommend YOH enough! Read why...
After considering if & when a move to Spain would be right for our family we attended whole day Your Overseas Home virtual event in September 2024 which was a pivotal turning point as we finished that day / weekend having learnt so much about the process and pitfalls etc of buying prooperty in and moving to Spain from the UK that we made the in principal decision to do it! After attending several more webinars with them and the various companies in their network we made a trip to Spain within 2 months and within 3 months had purchased a property in Spain, enrolled our children in a school and put our UK property on the market by Xmas 2024. <6months later we have sold our UK property and are now waiting approval of our NLV residencies before we board our one way flight to Spain in just over a month. We would not have achieved our dream if it wasn't for YOH or at the very least would have taken 6+ months longer and probably made a lot of (potentially expensive / critical) mistakes along the way. Exceptional service & network to fast track you researching a life changing potential dream become a reality!

I have found Your Overseas Home to be an invaluable service in helping me to plan and carry out the process of moving to Italy. The service has helped to inform me about the steps involved , what issues need to be considered and positive ways forward if problems are encountered. The webinars on varying topics have been extremely useful and helped me when I have found the process confusing. YOH have many well informed experts in their field who can give specialised help and advice as required. They provide a whole teal approach to customer support and I have found all personnel I have had contact with to be polite very friendly and helpful. Every question I had was answered with great respect care and consideration and referral to experts if needed. When I felt I was floundering I contacted YOH and they were able to provide the reassurance and support required and sorted out any communication problems I had in my negotiations. I would definitely recommend YOH as a reliable and trustworthy service who can help to make your house buying dreams come true They are great facilitators in the whole property purchasing process.
