Halifax informed me of fraudulent activity linked to yourpassionclub.com
I contacted their online assistant who stated it was a membership payment.
I have never enrolled in such membership and have never bought or received anything from them.
The assistant less than helpful and all i could do was ask her to cancel the membership.
No refund enabled dispite fraudulent use of my Halifax account.
Very disappointing.

So apparently, these people somehow make you sign up without knowing it. I have no idea how I even got there to start with and then they say you have a VIP account and start charging your card. Sorry I want nothing to do with you guys. Then customer service reaches out via email saying I should give a good review on trustpilot (literally giving me words to use for the review) then they will process a refund. Excuse me…. You bribing me with my refund to give a review you literally wrote out? No! I won’t do that. At least I can warn others about what an absolute scam you are. I have asked them to close my account with them, if I get charged again then there’s going to be a problem. So pissed.

Update: the next morning after my review, these guys charge me 47.75 eur, I’m like they are trying to drive me crazy and started a chat with customer service. I have asked to close my account, why are you guys still taking my money. Then they say refund is processed and they are cancelling my account. Oh so you didn’t do that when I asked before ? Then few mins later again, they take 7.75 eur. My goodness gracious , please return my money. All of it !!!
