I always try to give an honest review and this is no different. Terrible experience, bought an item for my wife’s 50th. I ordered it well in advance and literally got here a week before her birthday. The company despite having .co.Uk after their website are based in China. I contacted them various times to get updates but it really was quite poor and confusing. I’d not recommend them.

Products do not work a shown on their site! They look more like a biro drawing of your photo.
Then they refuse to refund even though the items are not as offered online.
The delivery was much longer than advised (id ordered for xmas but they were not here until after!)
Also my card was compromised when i used their site...probs another money making scam they have going on!!

I ordered a pendant with a photo inside well in time for Christmas, so I thought, based on the delivery info that was given on the website, however my item was so late and missed Christmas and I still don't have the item, absolutely gutted.
The item is made in Honk bloody Kong and shipped from there!! How ridiculous, if I had known that there is no way I would of ordered it!!
Do not bother ordering from this website and they are not UK based and therefore cannot meet the delivery times they state at all!!
