Purchasing plants online is not new for me. I would have to say that this store is an exception when compared to most! The customer service was amazing, the plants were mailed out quickly and received a day earlier than expected! I am super happy with the health of the plants, their roots are healthy and strong, and they were a little bigger than I thought they would be. I'm beyond happy with my purchase, and I would purchase from this shop again. I strongly suggest others do the same.

Bought a beautiful plant, the packaging showed so much care and thoughtfulness and they even included a free clipping to add to the lushness of the syngonium they sent.

The pictures of the plants are always perfect and you think there’s no way the plants could be any prettier, but they ALWAYS are. I highly recommend buying from this store and love referring friends. A must shop! Not only are her plants healthy and beautifully,they are the best prices by far! But the packaging/shipping..that did it for me! I ordered after the holidays and her base is in California and I’m across country in Pennsylvania. Customer service is excellent. The owner will communicate with you from before making a purchase to the arrival time of purchase. Not only that, if you reach out afterwards, she responds immediately. Every plant except one that I've received has survived and is thriving. Plants are beautiful and healthy. It's almost like they're guaranteed to live. Although the plant that I'd lost after having it for months (my fault), she still replaced it! Not many people would do that. Your plant shop gets 10 out of 5 stars from me.
