This is a great company and I will definitely use them again. I had them make a custom baseball card mat that turned out amazing. They stayed in communication throughout the process and it was shipped in a very sturdy protective tube.

Yeah this site's garbage and scamming now. Apparently they're strapping for cash as they decided not to fulfil my order, delete my account and never deliver my tracking number.
Like damn, that big a deal? I just wanted some damn custom sleeves, it's not that deep.
Warning's out there. Use Yourplaymat at your own risk. This site's not the same as it used to be. The are way better and actual honest choices out there.

Was my first time and didn't know how it would turn out. It was amazing, came out really great and the quality is amazing

The first time I ordered a mouspad from them in 2023 everything went smoothly and the product quality was really good. The second time I ordered in September of this year (2025) they're having big troubles with their carrier (YANWEN). It's now December and my order still hasn't arrived, so I just cancelled it. I know it's not their fault, but the carrier's. Nevertheless they could have noted long shipping times on their website in advance. They should either chose a more reliable carrier or be more honest about shipping times. Their customer service was nice and understanding though.

I've ordered a few customs from this crew and they have all exceeded expectations. The team works as fast as possible and gets small details right. There is a reason I keep coming back.

The company got back to me when I emailed them. And delivered my dream matt for magic the Gathering. Right on time for the pre release.

Excellent quality, took a while but worth the wait to have exactly what you want.

This is the second mousepad I've ordered from yourplaymat, and I have been blown away with the print quality of my first one. No hiccups on my order, came in about a month. The second one I ordered was... well, not the greatest experience. Their website defaulted my mousepad size to 36x18 inches when I wanted 16.5x10 inches. Fortunately, they were kind enough to send me a reprint. When I got the reprint, it was a much better quality (I gave them a higher resolution image to be sure), but it still came back at the wrong size despite me sending 2 or so emails specifying the size.

Let me make this clear: THIS COMPANY PRINTS AMAZING PLAYMATS. Just an unfortunate customer experience that I don't think a lot of people will experience. My mousepad is still going strong after 2 1/2 years of use, and if I ever notice the color fading it's often because it needs a good cleaning.

Overall, expect a good product from yourplaymat. Just make sure to send them the highest quality image you can to them and you'll probably have no issues. And, don't refresh the website and then make your order, as that is what made my order resize to the wrong size.

I had ordered some custom sleeves about 2 months ago, and there was radio silence afterwards. Sent an email after 2 months asking about the status and received a canned reply message saying they're sorry for the delay and would give a discount code for another purchase.

About a day later received a support message stating, and I quote, "We’ve received an update from our production team that they’re currently unable to ship any orders due to the ongoing issues with shipping charges and taxes."

If your company cannot ship ANY orders, that's a huge issue. Why is this not mass communicated to all of your current customers? Why is the website not informing the customer that if you purchase from their site, you will not be getting your order? Such a scam to take money and not deliver. So I receive my refund and never do business with them again.

The playmat is really well made, the image is very clear and nothing was cut off, the site made it very easy to set up the order as well.

Is easy to use the page and customize your product, I bought a custom playmat and it came beautiful with great quality! The picture I wanted on the playmat is perfectly visible and not blurry at all. I was really happy with how it turned out! It was a longer wait for the delivery but you can track your order so you always know at what point it is. All in all I was satisfied and it is definitely worth the wait.😌

They really care about their customers’ orders on the custom playmats. I digitally design a playmat for husband’s birthday, although it came late, it turned out amazing!
Since my order came a bit later than I hoped, the customer service team was amazing and really helpful. They were helpful about my issues, and even addressed them right away! They made sure my order was switch to priority and help get it to me in a timely manner!

Hassle free, just left a couple notes in case my image was too small and they got it taken care of and the image quality is amazing. I'm really looking forward to bringing this to locals once Riftbound drops

the shipping takes so long ive waited 1 month for it and i am still waiting idk about he product but the shipping is awful

The card sleeves and game mats are awesome quality products, they look and feel fantastic. They take a while to get to you (I'm in Western Australia) but the quality is worth the wait.
