Perfect product. Fast quick delivery. Ordered the personalised teardrop flag. Easy to understand instructions when using the template even for a technophobe. Definitely will be recommending and using again.

I specifically asked if the item would be delivered by a certain day prior to purchase & offered to pay for express delivery but despite being assured it would arrive it didn't and so I was unable to use it for the event it was purchased fo which was very disapointing.

Very happy with my towel order, it was fast, the print is great and very happy with the quality.

We enquired about printed beach towels for our football club. The response to every question was extremely fast and informative. We placed an order and the quality of the image we provided was not great so the team at Print Partner improved it so that our final product was amazing. The order was shipped quickly and we have 20 happy footballers with beach towels that will make them stand out from the crowd at any holiday destination!

We have received our 2 metre banners on time and as promised (due to a last minute event) and they are just perfect! Exactly what we wanted.

Been looking for the Trustpilot for YPP for some time now. Found this one finally today and I had to do a triple check to ensure this was right company as I simply cannot believe there is only 5 and 4 starts reviews on here, which leads me to believe that Trustpilot is not as transparent in their reviews as we would like. Also odd there are no reviews since July 2018, but I digress.

YPP for me personally couldn't even achieve one star, if there were no stars i would give them that, to call their service level a joke would be an understatement.

I can confidently say that this is one of the worst services and customer services I have experienced in my professional life.

The attitude and lack of transparency is laughable, if you have other options then use those first, as you will likely be disappointed.

Having Used Your Print Partner before I knew I could rely on them. They make excellent products and are prompt and efficient. You pay for what you get, but what you get is quality. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I’d like to start by thanking Stuart and his team for a job well done. Its was the day of delivery and we were let down badly by a supplier. I had factored in an extra 24 hours lead time just in case of courier delays, but at 12pm the chances of rustling up a 4m wide display for delivery next day weren’t looking good. By 1pm the PO was place, they had adjusted the artwork to suit the fractionally different graphic spec’ and we were OK to go to print. The stand arrived by 9.30am next day. We nervously checked it - the hardware was quick and easy to assemble and the graphic was an excellent fit for the frame. The display looked good - in fact it looked amazing considering the timescale. Neither did I pay through the nose - they were better value that the supplier who let us down. It was utterly refreshing to deal with a proactive supplier who knows their stuff - I’d heartily recommend them. We received an email from our client today saying 'the backdrop looked great.’ Hurray!

16 years in the sign industry and i can hand on heart say this company is growing to be one of our favorite suppliers. the staff are well trained, polite and have a good knowledge of their ever growing product range.

The Quality of the goods is amazing, the delivery is always prompt and on time with what are sometimes pretty ridiculous deadlines.
