New office space
It was a pleasure working with Ayaz. Very friendly and approachable. We have been looking for an office space for a while now, we almost signed up for a couple of spaces but things did not work out. Finally, Ayaz did find us a perfect office space that meets most of our requirements. Our management was pleased to move in once the space was built to our specifications. I recommend Ayaz in a big way. Thank you for being so supportive.

Sadak was amazing. Here is the short story of what he did for us:
- Listened to all of our office requirements
- 2 days later, he booked us 10 different viewings in our preferred area and within our preferred spec
- Prepared the itinerary for how to attend all the viewings
- Collected all the official offers (via email) from these office spaces
- Helped us negotiate a 10% discount
- Didn't charge us a single penny
Honestly, using his services is an absolute no-brainer. Does all the heavy lifting for you, arranges you a discount, and does not charge you.
