The engineer was on time, polite and professional.

Booked for an inspection online and getting it confirmed was so difficult because the phone contact was always in voicemail or no response. Discovered they never booked with the agent even though they confirmed they had .Eventually confirmed the booking to carry out the inspection between 11am - 1pm only for the inspector not to turn-up on the agreed date and the inspector phone number was on voicemail with no call or text from the inspector for a reschedule. He agreed to call on the day of the inspection but his phone was on voicemail all through the day having waited he never turned up. All emails and text messages sent to the company's phone was never responded to only to get a response on trustpilot. I am beginning to question the positive reviews because the service so far has been unprofessional and traumatic. I had to cancel for a refund. Never again and would not trust the reviews on trustpilot. Please stay away from this company for your sanity.

Very poor experience with Harvey Rajput and the provision of a EICR certificate. He left the fuse box cover loose, and disconnected the burglar alarm by taking out a fuse and disconnecting the battery ,without telling me. He then left the power off. The central heating was then left off leading to condensation in the fan and breakdown at a cost to me of £700. He quoted me £3500 for remedial work to include a new fuse box and remedial work in respect of power fluctuations. I got it done with all of the correct certificates for £840 , and was informed that there were no power fluctuations.
