the lack of clear and transparent communication with the customer
I ordered work shoes from yoursafetyshop.com. Unfortunately, a serious delivery error occurred – even though I clearly selected Croatia as the destination country, DHL labeled the shipment as Bulgaria, which resulted in the package being returned to the sender.
After that, I contacted YourSafetyShop three times by email, each time providing the order number and requesting clear information about the shipment status and next steps. To this day, I have not received a concrete answer or any explanation of what is happening with my order.
Mistakes can happen, but the lack of clear and transparent communication with the customer is unacceptable. I expected at least basic feedback and a solution. At this point, I am very disappointed with the customer support and the overall shopping experience.
