The dispatch from the UK arrived within a week.
The returns process is simple in principle. However, I have been waiting for a refund for over two and a half weeks. I hope it is only in connection with an increased shipping volume during the Christmas period.

Nice offers
Delivery for free up to a price of 150 € was strange, but ok. I wanted to order more, but then I would have to pay ca. 15 € for delivery. Quality of the coat material was awful. Coat was far too big. So I sent it back. Returning process was quite complicated.

It fits good. Quality is okay. Delivery took more than 1-3 days, but this is okay for me, because it was important that I have received it before Christmas.
