Horrible technical support experience

I have been a customer with Yourserver for a number of years but recently decided to switch to another VPS provider. On multiple occasions, IPv6 routing to and from my servers have broken without them detecting the problem. Whenever I've such issues they've defaulted to blaming the problems on me without first checking. Most recently, their support even tried gaslighting me. I soon realized the reason for this - they had moved my VPS from Stockholm to Riga without asking or even notifying me. That was the final straw.
