Disappointed by the Content that has been liked in my name
They grow the follower but I am very unhappy with the content they liked in my name and people they have followed.
Images or profiles that have been liked included: half-naked women in sexual poses, unserious games, drug plants,cooking crabs alive (although my profile was and is claimed as vegan). I just recently came across the function that you can actually see what has been liked in your name - (and I was wondering why I have so many men reaching out via DM) because I have "liked" all their images, no need to mention their profiles were an absolute unfit to my profile/ brand. If you don't care about your reputation go ahead, because it will grow followers but I was hoping to work with an authentic company which is why I provided other vegan nutrition and cooking accounts and profiles. After I cancelled my subscription I immediately got an email, that this can be fixed. After I attached screenshots from the liked content- there was no response.

Unsere Strategie basiert darauf, die Follower deiner angegebenen Target-Accounts gezielt auf dein Profil aufmerksam zu machen. Wir interagieren ausschließlich mit den Followern der Target-Accounts und Hashtags, die du selbst hinterlegt hast. Wenn die gewählten Target-Accounts oder Hashtags Inhalte enthalten, die nicht zu deinem Profil passen, kann es leider zu solchen Missverständnissen kommen. Daher ist es besonders wichtig, dass die Zielgruppe sorgfältig ausgewählt wird. Im Einrichtungsprozess erklären wir dies auch ausführlich, sogar mit Videos, um sicherzustellen, dass du die beste Wahl für dein Profil triffst.
Ich verstehe vollkommen, dass solche Likes und Follows unangenehm sind, insbesondere wenn sie deinem Branding widersprechen. Gerne hätten wir dies gemeinsam optimiert und die Einstellungen angepasst, aber ich verstehe auch, wenn das Vertrauen beschädigt ist.
Übrigens konnte ich leider keinen Support-Fall von dir in unserem System finden. Wenn du dich bei uns gemeldet hättest, hätten wir das Problem natürlich sofort angegangen und behoben. Falls du uns doch noch eine Chance geben möchtest, stehen wir jederzeit bereit, um die Strategie zu überarbeiten und deine Wünsche besser umzusetzen. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass deine Erfahrungen trotzdem bald wieder positiver werden.

dont recommend this service. loads of unappropiate likes. within two days of signing up my account liked pornographic content and other unrelevant content. i immediatly deleted the subscription and revoked access. this was an account damaging experience.

Wenn diese Likes nicht zu deinem gewünschten Content passten, könnte es an der Auswahl der Target-Accounts liegen. Es ist wichtig, dass die Target-Accounts sorgfältig ausgewählt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Follower auch wirklich zu deinem Branding passen. Dies erklären wir auch während des Einrichtungsprozesses.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company! They got my business account removed from Instagram and never notified me while continuing to charge me for months. If that isn't a scam act, I'm not sure what is:(
When contacting their customer service department, I received no response or explanation to any of my questions, and they refused to log into my account to confirm that my account in fact did not exist. Extremely poor and disappointing service.
