Placing the order and setting up the item was a breeze, and the quality appears top-notch. It adds a fantastic look to the wall.

I bought 3 splasbacks in August 2024, 1 large and 2 smaller for either side of the induction hob. These were for a very upmarket penthouse rental apartment. When they were delivered there was a grommet missing off the bottom of one of them so it could not be used. I contacted the company and they took a few days to get back to me. I was desperately trying to sort it with them as the new tenants were due to move into the apartment and I was leaving the country. When they finally replied they asked for pictures which I had already sent, then they said they could send a new grommet that could be stuck on by me when it arrived. I was not at all happy because I did not go for price, I went for quality which I did not get. Plus, I was leaving the country in the next day so I could not do it.
They said they would send it to the tenants and they could do it. That was not happening. It was certainly not acceptable. These tenants pay many thousands of pounds each month to live in an exclusive, high end penthouse, I was not about to be totally unprofessional to ask them to stick a grommet onto something because a company did not do a quality check before they sent it out.
I asked them company what could be done about sorting it quickly and they just never bothered to reply.
This item could not be used and it looked stupid with only 1 smaller splashguard where there should have been 2 so neither of them could be used.
I sent a few messages and they never replied.
So, dont waste your money on this company.
I would never recommend anybody to use this company. Go elsewhere

Within a month of the splashback being fitted the colour has started to delaminate. Really detracts from our beautiful new fitted kitchen. Emailed the company and tried to access the website which is constantly under maintenance? No response therefore only one star for low quality and poor communication

Unfortunately my splashback arrived with a scratch but after speaking to them and sending pictures they immediately set about replacing it and within a week I received a replacement.

Came on time, well packed and correct size for fitting. Colours were a little brighter than realy needed but are OK and clear ..May fade in time.
