No communication, at all.
Give all the good agents in local area a bad view.
Had to put date, but this has been going on a while

This site is horrible. Lots of functions, most of them totally unnecessary, however you can just click through them all so this isn't so bad. However, the site is incredibly unresponsive and slow. 1 click or data entry often takes 5 seconds to be actioned on the site. If you're looking for new software move on, this is a HARD NO. I wish I could go back to my previous software which was also awful, but significantly better than street.

Thanks once again to Your Street. An absolute pleasure to deal with. During these uncertain times it was easing to know that the company had my best interests at heart. Filled me with confidence and would recommend.
