Scammers, have not delivered the swimsuit since April and refuse refunds

I received what I ordered but I want to exchange size. I already sent them 2 emails with no response from them. At this point after reading reviews I give up. Total sc.is right!!!

Terrible company. I ordered 2 swimsuits and after 6 weeks I finally received an order but, it wasn't anything I had actually ordered just a couple of cheap made swimsuits I will never wear. They refused to take it back and send the correct items. I ask for a refund and they offered 50%. I fought with them over email for a couple of weeks with no resolution. I finally filed a dispute through PayPal and just today I received my full refund. Do not waste your time with this company. They are not reputable.

I ordered two months ago, finally received my order and the items I received were not what I had ordered. They even threw in a horrible looking dress which I didn’t even order. I emailed them every day until they responded. They blame the mix up for being so busy. I requested a refund and they said they would only refund 50% and I could keep the items. I told them it was unacceptable and demanded full refund. They responded again and said they would refund me 60% of my total. One of the bathing suits was so hideous that I couldn’t even donate to good will. I threw it right in the garbage. Don’t waste your money. Learned my lesson.

Two months later, I received 3 WRONG swimsuits, completely different than anything I ordered. I have requested a full refund at the only email address provided. Still waiting.

I had the worst experience with this company. I did not get the product I ordered (a tankini) but instead got 2 ugly bikinis - Please read reviews before you order. The pictures are darling but you will not get what you ordered. I will not order ever from them again and will advise anyone I know to not use them.

I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to. Same as rest, received items didn't order, but now they won't respond at all for refund

I ordered a cover-up and a bottom skirt swim suit.. I ordered the cover up extra large so it would be plenty big, after I finally received it, it was nothing like the picture and it was an extra large for a small child. same thing with the skirt, very small. This place is a rip off, do not order from them.

Yes you live and learn! Some of us the hardway. And yes I will be reporting this company to the BBB as well. I ordered a swimsuit 7 weeks ago and the pkg. was in my mailbox today. The catch is it is not what I ordered. I doubt I will pursue a refund bc had a similar experience with a bogus company and they refunded me $10 and I had paid close to $50. Seems these companies are getting over on people but if enough complaints are registered hopefully they will be shut down. And they were a dead giveaway when they sent me a so called tracking link that was I guess in Chinese! So don’t waste your time or $ with these clowns. Karma is a well they will see!👿

My girlfriend ordered a bikini on April 21, 2021. Her package arrived 5 weeks later. She received 2 hideous bikinis that she didn't order. Of course, she emailed them to let them know that she received the wrong order and for a replacement or return. They requested that she keep the bikinis and accept a 30% refund. She told them that was unacceptable. She wanted what she ordered or a full refund. They then offered her a 40% refund and a VIP code to place another order. Are they stupid? The first experience was horrendous, She won't order another. She be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Took forever to get swimsuits, none of which were what I ordered. No return info on packaging. Live and learn.

This company is a joke! I ordered a cute leopard print suit and received a hideous hot pink/turquoise swim skirt set with ruffles🤷‍♀️ It also had make up or something on it. Then there was these tiny bottoms that might fit a size 0 who doesn’t mind showing a lot. I’m NOT a size 0! Don’t waste your money ordering from here! It also took several months to arrive!

Bought a swim dress and they sent a totally diffrent suit a bikini. Been going round and round with them trying to get a full refund and they keep sending me offers at a lower rate to keep the suit. And they dont respond fast either. About 1 time a week. It took about 2 months for it to get here in the first place not sure if it has to do with covid or not.

I ordered one swimsuit, it wasn’t exactly as the item shown in website, but it was okay. I ordered another, and received a totally different order. I am at this time trying to get refunded as they are asking me to pay 50 percent of this order, I don’t wont, as it’s so expensive to send back. All I wont is to be refunded for the order I did not receive, and they can send me a paid return to send stuff back I decided these companies in China take time to get articles, and it’s chancy to get your monies back if it’s not the correct order or size, and it’s just not worth it ...

Again, don’t order from this company!!!!! I finally received my order after the first review and multiple emails. NONE of it was right! Terrible service!

Absolutely horrendous! I ordered 2 swimsuits and 2 cover ups and they sent a bag of items that I NEVER ORDERED! Not a single item was correct! They just sent whatever random thing- ALL OF WHICH were hideous! This is obviously a scam and their website should be shut down!

Buyer beware!! I ordered some items and it took 6+ weeks to get them. Then I received a swimsuit I did not order and the cover up I ordered (plus size) wouldn't fit a small woman. Customer service is terrible and there is no way to return the items without authorization from them. They won't send an invoice or provide an opportunity to return items - keep saying "shipping to China is expensive" and offer a 30% reimbursement on the wrong items that were shipped and "you can keep". Unacceptable! This company needs to be shut down! I should have done some research before ordering from them as the reviews on this site are the same as what I am experiencing.
