Another smooth ride with Your Transit Hub. This time, a long-term rental of a VW Golf. The car performed well throughout the 6 months I had it on rental. On the couple of occasions, I needed to speak with the company contact I had immediate and positive responses.

Turo has good customer service. And are accommodating where possible.
I would suggest having the exact location of the vehicle before collection time would be most appreciative.

Sam and his team were great and so was there communication in terms of response time and the car was smooth enjoyed my trip and would defo book again

Really happy customer. Very happy with the service provided through the Turo app. The car was very clean and easy to drive. That being said if there was any constructive feedback to give it would be to make the check in and check out process a bit smoother. It being done remotely meant a bit of waiting around and confusion regarding contacting the host via the Turo app. Junior and his team were very helpful though and understanding when I returned the car a bit earlier. Thanks for a great rental and service. Would recommend!
