Awesome pin mail

Highly recommend

I ordered a 2023 pressed penny collection book and 2 WDW 50th anniversary pressed pennies. My order arrived in great condition a week after ordering it. No complaints and I’d definitely recommend if you just came back from a trip and thought of a souvenir you forgot to buy.

Although item was not available when…

Although item was not available when originally ordered WDW contacted me upon production. I ordered immediately even though a great deal of time had elapsed. Good customer service. Also, mug was very well protected for shipping - lots of packing material to protect ceramic mug.

Magical

This is an amazing family business and my only go to for Disney and loungefly items. People who complain are just looking for free hand outs. How is it their fault if the manufateurers mess up the items?

Terrible customer service and business…

Terrible customer service and business practices. They sent me a defective product then intimated that I was scamming them when I asked for a refund when they did not have the same item in stock even though I have my receipt showing proof of purchase! Very rude. Finally they agreed to refund only if I returned the whole order although it was only one item that was defective.

First time ordering, great service!

Ordered treats on the 5th of December, chose the 14- day option at check out, which was to ship out all available items within 14 days and cancel anything that was out of stock. Items shipped on the 15th and arrived on the 18th (would have been the 17th but the USPS had a hiccup). All the items were packed nicely, sealed and fresh.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

At first I would have said my experience was rather good since I was having my items shipped to the UK all the way from Florida. However, after spotting a manufacturer error on one of my items I emailed their customer service. A week later I emailed again. STILL NO RESPONSE. All I expected was for some acknowledgement even if they were unable to help rectify the issue. Instead.. NOTHING. Very rude. Just because you've already had my money does not mean I don't deserve to have my queries answered. I have left sufficient time for a response. I would not have expected customer service as bad as this from a company that associates itself with Disney.
